- Ordered a car part Nov 18, 2023 - Paid $117 for the part - Part was to be delivered ***** days, it never arrived.- Contacted Wow Auto Experts they said the part was returned to them, undeliverable. - I never received the part and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund but after that, their phones no longer work, they would not reply to email, no way to reach anyone. Last contact from them was an email on December 14, 2023 from they agreeing to refund. - Paid Invoice #**E450C8-0001 but service agreement invoice number was different WOW7700276 - Final note, either the phone number on their web site no longer works, along with all other associated numbers, or they have blocked my phone number.Initial Complaint

I ordered a fuel line for my ***** 2008 Tribute on September 19, 2023. I paid $140 via Cashapp. Was told it would be delivered more quickly this way and was informed I should receive it in a week. After not received within a week, I called and spoke to **** on September 28th and was told I should receive by October 2nd. I called again on the 9th after not receiving, and spoke to ***** and was told it was on back order, but was shipped on the 2nd of October. On the 19th of October I called and spoke to **** to request a refund and he said he does not show an order for me. He can't help me because he does not see where I ordered anything.Initial Complaint

I PURCHASED A GRILL EMBLEM FOR MY **** ******** 300 SL.FROM WOW AUTO EXPEERTS, IN DEC. 2022 AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS THE WRONG PART ARRIVED. I **NTACTED THE ** AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE PART FOR A FULL REFUND. I RETURNED THE PART AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND EVERY SINCE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JANUARY 2023. MY MOST RECENT **NTACT RESULTED IN ME BEING TOLD THERE WAS NO RE**RD OF MY PURCHASE OR RETURN. I E-MAILED THEM THE PURCHASE RECEIPT AND RETURN TRACKING NO.TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THEM. WOW auto expert on line had a part for my Mitsubishi.Aftrr speaking to ******************* ********** phone he was sure they had part. I charged part to my Capitol One card $255.00. He said I would get refund and exchange if needed. I did return it as new unused on my end my mechanic said wrong part.I played phone tag. I shipped back their label. He said recieved. Money would be REFUNDED on credit card. Capitol One says no return on card as of July 18 part order June 13 2022. Ive called both . Capitol One said they have not released my money to my card.I'm robbed no part. No refund Help me. I'm 73 veterans widow on ss I can't afford this. Plus it's stealing .
