Ordered a fuel filter on February 26, tracked it from ****** ***** till March 6 when tracking said "batch delivery to *******" then nothing more. E-mailed them and was told to be patient, that it was on its way... Three weeks later still nothing. Two more E-mails but no response. I just want what I ordered, my money back or at least a valid excuse for the delay.Initial Complaint

Dec 16 I placed an order through kinglyday for 3 fuel filters and a ***** emblem totaling $112.97.On December 20th it says it was fulfilled. However I only received the emblem and the fuel filters I'm still waiting on expected delivery date was no more than a week from order placed I've contacted them a few times The only phone number to reach anybody goes straight to voicemail and the email you can only hope somebody replies I've sent several emails and I've only received one reply which stated " here's your tracking number please be patient " It's been well over a month and I'm starting to get the feeling I got scammed especially because nobody has reached out to tell me there's a delay with your order or there's a backlog or anything to the effect All I want is the fuel filters I paid for or my money backBusiness response

so sorry for long waiting,i have contact with our logistics,they told us the package lost during the way,but we have already sent out a new package,the tracking number show will arrive soon,pls kindly wait it.

Purchased an item for $36.67 from kinglyday December 10th. Still have not received the item. Tried with emails to get a refund but keep getting told the item is in *******Initial Complaint

I ordered one item which the total amount due was $17.59 and that includes shipping which I paid for the 3 to 7 day delivery. This was ordered on Oct 13 2022 so my order should have been here by the 20th of Oct. and it has still never arrived they continue to tell me it's on it's way its just delayed. I also have repeatedly told them I want my shipping cost refunded and they refuse to acknowledge my request. I am tired of waiting it's been almost one month so I want my money put back on my card the total amount of $17.59. They don't know how to run a business and should not have anything that gives you the option for faster shipping if they re not going to honor it!!!
