The date of the transaction was 11/5/2021. The services paid for were business tradelines for *************** in the amount $1mill and other documents to be provided by ****** the then business owner. She then sold the company at the end of the year and assured me that the new ownership would take over process and get the job done. We are now in September of 2022 and the only communication I receive is when I threaten to report their business. There's a lady by the name of **** who now responds using the email for the company I provided (who I believe is just the old owner under a new name, because she just offered my contact the opportunity to talk to the old owner even though she no longer owns the business). The most I have been told is that I have been put in their software and that the process could take up to 90 days which is what I was told in the beginning almost one year ago. I've paid a total of $5800 to her $2,000 of which was commissioned to the individual who introduced me to her. He has been a friend of mine and the individual making the communication with her and who has provided the receipts and email trail for this complaint. He has independently made negotiation with me in light of the bad business done to refund his commission, but this company has only made promises and never delivered. It is as if they are hoping I go away and don't have the intention of delivering.
