On August 25th I ordered an espresso machine from Sincreative in Laguna, ** for ****** It was delivered.I assembled it, excited for my first espresso machine. However, when I held the apparatus containing the espresso and attempted to latch it in, the entire machine lifts up and moves because it is ***************** too light. This means I would always have to hold the machine down while trying to attach the espresso every morning. In addition... it takes ALL of my strength to tighten it properly. This is ridiculous. To have to do this every morning? I simply needed to return it and buy a better machine. I regularly use other machines and never have had a problem. Well... It has been over a week and a dozen unanswered emails and a listed phone number that does not work. I have been trying to get a return label to return the new unused machine and receive a refund. Finally someone returned my email. *** required that I send videos of me attempting to use the machine in order to receive my return label. NOPE. She finally responded "hold the machine down" while you use it ************ promises RETURNS. They are no longer answering any emails requesting my return label. I followed their directions. I don't know who else to turn to. Please help me get MY REFUND OF ******. I just attempted to upload the videos of me trying to use their espresso machine, but they are not uploading.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Sincreative espresso machine on line on 7/8/23 for my husband birthday . After we tried to make espresso coffee, we found out that the machine was defected . The espresso temperature gauge didn't work properly , because the temperature pressure wasn't hot enough . Therefore, the coffee tasted so disgusting . We followed every step from the manual , ******* and from my friend who had the same machine , but we still couldn't adjust the temperature pressure . We called the contact number on the website , but it was not in service . We emailed them and requested for a return many times , but got no respond for a return .
