I am writing to inform you that this communication is not a refusal to pay, but a formal notice sent in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), specifically 15 USC 1692g, to dispute your claim and request validation of the alleged debt being reported on my consumer reports. I assert that your furnishing of this collection account without proper validation and adherence to federal laws constitutes egregious violations of my rights and the law.Firstly, I am deeply concerned about how you obtained my Private Identifying Information and subsequently reported this alleged debt on my consumer reports. Your actions raise serious legal and ethical questions, including but not limited to defamation, negligent enablement of identity fraud, aggravated identity theft, and mail fraud. I assert that the unauthorized reporting of this alleged debt constitutes identity theft, as no consent was obtained from me.Moreover, I want to clarify that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), there is no requirement for you to report negative information. As a consumer, not a citizen, I emphasize that my personal information is non-public, and your furnishing of this information without my lawful consent is a deliberate attempt to harm my financial reputation.Furthermore, I assert violations of the ****** specifically 15 USC 1692e(10) and 15 USC 1692e(6), regarding false representations and deceptive practices in collecting or attempting to collect a debt. Your failure to provide proper notification of this alleged debt and the inaccurate reporting thereof further compound these violations.************************* Apartment failed to adhere to the terms outlined in the leasing agreement, specifically regarding the final walk-through inspection prior to my departure from the premises. As per the leasing agreement, a final walk-through inspection is mandatory before vacating the property.
