I received an offer to help me with credit card debt. I called to inquire (it is a credit counseling service). They offered to help me & told me I had free legal assistance from *********** Services I found out after 3 months that they were not a credit counseling *********** paid for for legal services that was (in writing) free My credit score is horrible as I was told they would pay my debts off after securing a lower interest rate but they lied to meInitial Complaint

On 7/19/23 a gentleman name ********************* Debt Specialist Point Break Financial ************** call me regarding a debt consultation loan which I did not get approve form so, he suggest another option thru there company called Elite Legal Practice Debt Resolution Program which is suppose to provide a legal law firm base out of ********** called elite legal practice to provide services to file against creditors on my behalf to get those high interest rates CC off my reports for invalidates and fight them in courts, also stating this in their welcome email As for the accounts included in the program, once invalidated, these accounts can not be reported negatively on any of the 3 credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion). They will either be removed entirely as if they never existed in the first place, or they will show- Closed, with zero balance, and zero derogatory remarks.Which the program would be 35 months of payments of $264.65 for services which was suppose to be cheaper then my debt from the CC company but they told me to not buy those CC companies anymore while in the program which kinda raise red flags about their services due to the fact that my credit would take a hit more and I would potentially gets to *** by those companies so, after doing research on my own I decided to cancel the policy today I wrote to email and call their phone number at ************* and the legal number at ************* Email address at ****************************************************************** ********************************* No response to these numbers or email. I was just like to cancel this program for package ID# ******** for ************************* before the first payment is due on 8/3/23 this year.I was also told by ********** can cancel the program at any time I would like this is*** to be resolved and cancel my involvement with this company due to the fact that their program cannot provide protection, if I go in default with my creditors and I will get ***d I would like to cancelInitial Complaint

These morons constantly call and send trash to my house! I dont WANT YOUR STUPUD LOAN CRAP! I dont know how the h*** you got my address and phone number! BUT LOSE IT! Im filing a report with the *** and attorney general about this non stop spam crap! Lose my **** information or Im-suing you!
