      I discovered an ad on ******** for a logo design service and contacted the company to make a logo for my website's overhaul. They were convincing and made numerous promises, so I also let them handle my website's redesign, choosing their $200 ************************ However, the project took much longer than initially promised. I dealt with a project manager who probably used a fake name like '*********************.' Post completion, there were delays in launching the site on my host, and they pushed for their hosting services as a faster option.Reluctantly, I agreed and paid an additional $160 for 3 years of their Shared Hosting, including maintenance and security, via credit card on 08/01/2023. My site went live shortly after. When I repeatedly requested backend access credentials to make minor updates, they refused, and I realized I might have been scammed.In November 2023, I found the website offline. Contacting the company, Logo ***********, they claimed my site used excess bandwidth on a "shared server," which seemed improbable as the site was for an elementary school yet to open.They emailed me this explanation, which they hadn't sent before. This email was sent to me from an entirely different person (*******************) and entity. ********************************** Branding Agency *** (or just Branding Agency), Logo *********** and Wed *********** are all the same guys scamming people all over the ***. I accused them of scamming and asked for just my files, keeping the hosting fees. They refused to give me my files. Further research revealed **************** has scammed many in **********.

      I am asking Branding Agency **** for a refund of $3,950.00 on ******************** Shared Hosting 5 Year, due to a breach of contract and consumer fraud. Threats were made by representatives of their company beginning by email from ********************* on November 15, 2022 that my website would be shut down unless I paid their company additional money for ADA ********** enhancements to my website. The threats continued and I declined to pay the additional money. On January 23, 2023 my website was blocked by employees of their company. I communicated by text with ********************* demanding my website be restored or I would take legal action. **************** responded by text that he warned me multiple times. On January 24, 2023, my website was restored.On April 14, 2023, I received a phone call from *************************** who said she was with Branding Agency **** She told me that I needed to pay additional money to make my website ADA ********* with Disability Act) and DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyrights Act) compliant in order to prevent any consequence due to ADA ********* and DMCA act. She further told me that my content was no longer copyright protected and that my content could not be saved. I asked her to send me an email which she later did. Her email said I would have to pay $3,000.00 for the enhancements. Due to the breach of contract by their company on the original agreement, I terminated my services with Branding Agency on May 15, 2023. Initially, I signed up for a *** with Branding Agency **** which was on June 24, 2022 and covered 6 months. My contact was ***********************. He told me that the 6 months would not begin until my website was up and running which was in July 2022. The 5 Year hosting would begin after the 6 months of the *** were up which would put it at January 2023.I have emailed their ****************** multiple times since May 15, 2023 I called the phone number for their ****************** and no one answered.I can provide additional information to help.

      This company is a bunch of scam artists. I paid Branding Agency *** to build me a website in July 2022. They proceeded to stall for 6 months and not complete the website. They use many different stall tactics. The design they attempted to present me with was terrible. I had to get my sister to correct a lot of the design and tell them what to change. What they were attempting to create was very buggy. I spent days quality assuring their work and repeatedly emailing them and making videos, as per their request, of what I needed them to fix. Continuously for the entire 6 months their account manager would tell me that "everything is done". I would check their work and nothing but some small UI update would be made. I'd resend them the list of defects and they would continue to stall for another week or two and then come back with the same "everything is done". Their scam consists of periodically asking for more money because they supposedly can't do some aspect of the work even though they said they could and then stalling indefinitely and hopefully try to upsell you on more services.They attempted to upsell me on paying them to build me an app. The price of which was all over the place. They threw out numbers ranging between $4,000-$12,000 trying to gauge how much I am willing to pay. They sent me what they called a "scope document" which was terribly written, had very poor english, terrible use of tech terminology, hardly had any features we talked about. The account manager said it's because the document would be "too long" if they had to write out all the features. They are ridiculously unprofessional and clearly don't know what they are doing. They charged me $600 for the website, then months later another $800 for other plugins and various other things they needed to do. They clearly didn't understand how my product is distributed and had no plan to create a functional back end which would be the most complicated part of the website.

I also received the webpage mockup and it was not at all what i asked for. I gave them feedback and received the updated Logos on 03/21/2022 and i did approve one of the logo they submitted but did not receive the digital logo images until 03/28/2022 after asking for them several times. They then told me i should copyright my logo and i paid them an additional $375.00 on 03/29/2022 which they have NEVER done anything with that, i am currently disputing that charge with my bank. I received mockup for the webpage on 05/13/22 which were the same as i had received before. My account was transferred to a new Support person to try and get what i had paid for completed and i received a new set or mockups which are not even in English, At this point i have been very patient. I will pay them for the Logo that they did design, i think $100 is fair but i would like a refund of $449.00. Invoice - INV-********-1

      I paid them to create and manage social media for me. They stated if I was not satisfied I could receive a refund. After horrible work I asked for a refund and they refused. Someone named ******* threatened me saying he had my information and would make a case against me. All I want is a refund because the work they completed did not meet my standards so I did not want them to do any additional work. I feel like they scammed me because when they call it comes up a ********** number but it sounds like a call center from *****. When you call the number on website nobody answers and you leave a message then someone calls back. If they are registered and doing business out of ********** why are they calling me from a ********** number.

      I hired this company to create and manage social media they said if unsatisfied I could ask for a refund, I did and now they refuse to refund me. When I questioned why ******* threatened me saying he will file a case against me and he made some comment about having my information. I just want my money back because what they were paid to do they did not do good enough to the standards of what the job required.

      I began working with Branding Agency, *** in August 2020 for marketing and branding for my small business. The initial work they performed (logos, business cards, stationary, polo shirts, and initial website) was satisfactory. However, the final piece of the project, a custom learning management system with integrated payment processing has been in progress for over a year and has not been completed. I have paid this company over $72,000 and all I get is requests for additional funds to finish the project. I have asked repeatedly for delivery dates and not been provided with one. The company never furnished a written contract. I have not been provided with an itemized invoice for services despite numerous requests. Luckily, most payments have been with my business **** debit/credit card so I may have a resource to recover some money. I am not happy with the lack of responsiveness from the company and today was told I needed to pay an additional $4800 for the work to be completed. I am considering legal action against this company for consumer fraud.
