            I bought a Lojel Cubo Large Luggage. On our first time using it in our trip to ******, one of the zipper came off when we picked up the luggage from the airport baggage claim area. Therefore, I couldnt use the security lock of the luggage since it requires 2 zipper to work to use the lock. I contacted them many times and sent me to 2 different repair company in our local area but none can fix the issue. Thus, if I cant utilize the lock then I wouldnt be able to use the luggage anymore. I was asking for a full refund and they refuse.

            I purchased one of their suitcases and almost immediately one of the latches did not work.As I had registered it with the company I wrote (no possible way to call) and shared my problem.They also have no place to get their suitcases fixed and I would have to replace the latch myself.They wanted pictures and videos and gave me several suggestionsnone of which were for the latch that broke.Finally a replacement was sent and it is the wrong size.They will do nothing about exchanging or allowing me to return the suitcase.Absolutely no customer service to speak of.
