We agree to purchase 10 acres in 2019 and we got behind 2 payments during the padmic and he sold the property from under **. Never called or texted us payment during that time. Stole about 3 thousand from us. We will be hiring a lawyer for unethical financial practices.

Billyland does not just cancel people after they are 2 payments behind. Nothing makes sense about this. The only ********** we have in our system was 5 payments behind at the time of cancellation.

A+ Business - great people to work with, friendly, hard working honest. Affordable prices for those without good credit. Makes owning land a dream come true. NO pre payment penalty. which is the best part of all - you could sign a 20 year contract - pay it off in a year and ONLY pay interest for that one year that you financed the land. NO bank or mortgage company offers that with such ease. If you are looking to become a land owner - Make sure you research the county guidelines - Billyland does not make the rules or ***** the permits that the county may require - that is up to the client to determine that the land works for them and that it will meet all theirs needs. Thank you Billyland! I've always wanted to own land off-grid, and now I'm making payments on it thanks to Billyland and *********. I think this is a great way to purchase land if you don't have a huge down payment to buy 5 acres somewhere. I cannot wait to go camping on my newly purchased property! I have never purchased anything but i have been randomly goin onto website for many years and messaging customer service and they are on point. They are simple. Its clear. Its easy to understand. No high paid psychologist to trick us into paying. They always replay and its been great. i always message them when i have maybe $5 lol but Billyland gives you hope honestly. We can window shop and dream all day but the fact is instead of you buying 250 rolls of toilet paper & a phone case from the mall is enough to start your journey. People on here saying its way over priced. well of course lol. Billy Land is truly ahead of its time. Wish i did that for a living. it would be so cool. it would be like you seen them hundred acres over yonder? yeap! Give me a $150 and its yours this month: ) truly awesome. This is a 5 star review for Billy Land. I don't usually do reviews but I just wanted Everyone to know this place is totally Legit, and is wonderful. A way to purchase Land without credit checks with very little down and small monthly payments!! Properties always updated and I can't say enough about the Office Staff - Always Friendly, Extremely helpful and Prompt (10 stars). If You are reading this I Love this Place and how easy the whole process was !!!
