The initial purchase was about a year ago - retainage of wedding planning services. We were supposed to receive the following (per contract) :Site selection and permit assistance via phone and email. (Permit fees are separate and in some cases payable directly to the issuing agency.)Client portal with ceremony planning worksheets Site location travel instructions Marriage license instructions Assistance with international marriage requirements Our complaints are The phone calls were rarely returned and never answered on the first try. When they were finally returned the answers fell short of expectations. (A complaint we made several times)Emails were better but inside of the last month prior to the wedding they became impossible to get answers. Not until 2 wks prior were we told our planner was on vacation. There was no clear replacement. We believed these two items to be the most important and costly. They didnt meat expectations.Permits were explained to us as something included, but they were never filled. If, as the owner stated, not required than what in the world did we pay for?The rest of the "provided" items were either not working correctly, feel short of what should have been delivered, or flat out not provided. Last when the complaint was filled with the company the owner disagreed with the compliant but admitted they may have fell short in some areas and would ***** us a partial refund. I agreed to a much lower amount than we paid. However, they have failed to issue this refund and have again left emails unanswered. Finally responding 10 business days later to inform me they dont have the money to release to me at the moment.
