I purchased $1000 worth of materials from this company in order to build new screens for my home. After purchasing the items, they were delivered to my door 2 weeks later. The material they sent was nearly impossible to work with. The corner pieces that they claimed were compatible could not be inserted and bent easily. When I reached out to the business, a gentleman I spoke to said, "just tap them in." I tried again to make the product work to no avail. I had a professional take a look and they had the same issue. I called back to the business and insisted that the product was not working. The same person from the business said, I'll get back to you in a few days and have my 'guys in the shop' take a closer look. He did not get back to me. I called again and he said this time "oh you're right, those corner pieces were a problem for my guys in the shop, I'm having them try some other ones." Several weeks have now passed, and I finally learned that they were going to send me an alternative product. In the end, the alternate product did not work either. I was fed up and sent all of the materials back to the shop, on my own expense. When I asked them about a refund, they said they would not refund me.
