      This company and Bristol west have behaved and treated me horribly everyone passed me around and transferred me and it ended with me just being hung up on. the real issue is they behaved completely unethically and unprofessionally possibly even criminal. I was dealing with identity theft and my bank issued new card I thought I updated them but apparently I missed the insurance. I was paying much closer attention to charges on my cards and I noticed insurance hasnt charged me so I called them and the woman I spoke with pulled up my account and told me yes I was behind a payment and needed to make one by the 2nd of march or my policy would be canceled but if I made the full payment it would be reinstated so I wanted to pay immediately I didnt want to be driving around with out insurance as its against the law and I have a home and assets to protect. She notified me if I called breath easy to make the payment my policy would be effective immediately but would take 48hrs to show as active so I called breath easy explained the situation they pulled up my account and policy and agreed with them my best choice was to pay 377 dollars and my policy would be reinstated that day so thats what I did. I called back a few days later to confirm payment went through and policy was active they said yes and then I got in a fender ****** and they denied my claim. I called Bristol west about my claim and never got a response from claims and no one ever called me to even notify me I didnt have insurance finally I called customer service and they told me my payment was too late I said I did exactly what ur agent told me to and they said sorry it was late and then nothing they could do. If they werent looking for a way not to pay my claim they never wouldve said the payment was late and kept charging me. its criminal that they discovered their agent made a mistake and I didnt actually have coverage and let me drive around for over a month without insurance! They knew & did nothin

While this issue is between you and the insurance carrier directly, we here at Breathe Easy will help you and take care of the remaining refund amount of $204.63.       I tried to get sr22 insurance from them I payed 593 dollars the next day they wanted me to sign no disclosure agreement stating that the insurance I bought was not for my vehicle and would not satisfy sr22 requirements in my ************* I have called and called u can get to sales right away but let them put u on hold 3 different times for over 45 minutes when hr told me there was one caller in front of me this is terrible business all I wanted to do was cancel policy and get money back since I never signed any of their agreements don't know what to do they just put me on hold until I hang up ******************************* was who sold me policy and won't get back to me thank you ***************************
