We purchased $80+ in golf cart parts on 7/18 that we yet to receive & today is 7/27. We were refunded right away for $7 but no explanation why & it took them 5 days to reply to our email asking why the refund. We called several times & told that **** would call us back - no call from him at all. I called on 7/22 & spoke to ****, he said that **** handles the online *********** knows nothing about the order. I called back later in day & requested **** to cancel the ************** our money - he said he would. On 7/25 still *********** called again, spoke to Heida who stated **** will be in the next day & will look into the *********** should be able to cancel & refund our money. Here it is 7/27 and still nothing. Their website states orders ship in 1-2 days - were well past that and the order is still showing processing. We want our order cancelled and refunded in full. If the order was delayed for any reason they should have contacted us as to why and give a date the order would ship. We have emailed, called, left messages and have been told that this **** is the one that handles the online orders - okay fine but why no response!?!?!?Business response

The items you purchased were on back order, a refund was provided to you for an item that is no longer available. Our website does not state that we ship in 1-2 Days. Due to supply chain issues some items are on delay and that is something that is not in our control, we try to keep everything on our website as accurate as possible however due to current world situations that is harder to do as you probably have noticed everywhere with shortages and items taking a longer time than usual. A full refund has been provided to you for all items and we apologize for any miss communication that happened.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.i understand the stock issues but my biggest peeve is that there was no communication what so ever from Apex on items being on back order. If we would have received an email, or call or return call with that information that is fine but to not contact us back or inform us that its on back order is just plain bad business and customer service. I see our PP account had already been credited. I am sorry I had to go thru the BBB but Apex was not giving us any information.

I ordered a Club Car Starter Generator Order #AGC-13160 FOR $329.56. I received the part however it does not work. I have made several phone calls leaving voicemails, several emails to company regarding bad part. No one will return my phone calls or emails. I would like an exchange or full refund.
