      I purchased 3 hoodie sweatshirts in December of 2023. I returned two for different sizes. It has been 9 months and I do not have my 2 replacements or a refund.I create tickets to communicate but then receive messages that the tickets are closed with no communication.I am out 96 dollars!

      Homeapparel.com deceived me into giving them my email address. I am protective of my personal information and they lied to get this information from me. I went to their website on 3/12/24 to order a shirt. A window popped up that said I would get 15% off for giving them my email address. Since I was ordering a shirt anyway, I gave them the email address for the 15% off. Then a new window popped up saying they also need my mobile number for the 15% off. NO WHERE on the 1st pop up window did it say I would need to provide a mobile number to get the 15% off. It only said "Unlock 15% off your order" and then gave a box for me to enter my email address. This is complete deception...bait and switch scam. Homeapparel.com scammed me out of my email address by teasing me with a discount, which then also required I give them my mobile number. There was NO mention of mobile number on the 1st pop up window. The consumer is rightfully under the impression that to get the 15% off, one must only enter the email address. This is false advertising of a discount.I refuse to give hometownapparel.com my mobile number and became so angry over the way they scammed me out of a piece of my personal information that I decided not to order anything from them.

      After you deceived me about the information required to receive the 15% discount, I don't want to ever do business with your company.  I don't want 15% off, I want you to stop lying to people and deceiving them about what is required for the 15% off.  It's a bait and switch where you scam people out of their email addresses.

      Order 2 premium shirts that didn't fit, returned the as indicated by the store/Mae for return and replacement, and this has been 3 months no of promises and no delivery date, no tracking number. They cheated me out of my money and 2 shirts. I see they do this often.

      On September 15, 2023, I ordered 2 T-shirts from the Hometown Apparel website. The money for the shirts, amounting to $36.93, was removed from my checking account upon completion of my order. The shirts still havent arrived 4 months later. I visited the website two times over that span and filled out their form for informing them of the issue. The first time I did this, I received an e-mail asking for my address. I didnt hear from them after that. I didnt receive a response the second time I submitted the form. I tried to fill out the form a third time, but my account had mysteriously disappeared. All I want is the shirts or my money back, but they wont respond. Please help.

      I ordered a sweatshirt on their website on November 29 at 2:36 in the afternoon. Received an email saying they could not complete the order until I use the 15% off coupon at which time I re-ordered. Did not receive a confirmation and have emailed Hometown apparel three times, received a response saying I would hear from them within 24 hours. It has been over a week. There is no phone number associated with the company. a total of $125.96 was taken out of my account. I need to be reimbursed.

      I had placed an order with Hometown Apparel on line. I ordered a mens 4XL hoodie and within the order you have to state what you want on the hoodie and what style of writing you want.So I had ordered college block writing and ******** to be put on it.What I got was both College Block and ******** on the hoodie.I sent them an email telling them that this is not what I ordered and they sent me my so called order saying it was.No one in their right mind does this on a shirt. I feel they made the mistake and I am out a hoodie that cost about $58

      8-18-23 ordered 2 hoodies with an established date on them. when they came in the date was wrong and they told me they would fix it over two weeks ago and no one has contacted me or replied to me since. i have sent out 3 more emails with no response. i have two hoodies that cant be used and i am out $81.41 that has not been refunded to me.

      Date of order: Sep 3, 2023 Order #: ****** Return address (invoice): HTA, *********************************************** A friend recommended Hometown Apparel for hometown specific T-shirts. I found my hometown of "**********, *************". This was already known to the website. In other words, I did not have to type it in the city &/or state, so I ordered it immediately.Received the shirt Sep 12, 23. There is no state (*************) imprinted on the shirt Called the company phone #************. There is no option to talk to anyone. Just a vm wanting you to email them.Called the other company phone #************ (the one seen on your BBB website) & it is consistently busy.I emailed them & got an automated response to establish an account in order to get a ticket #. This is calculating, (again) misleading & indifferent to any customer service skills out there.I feel their website is misleading in that if I ask/order a T-shirt with my hometown name, then the state should be included without saying.I am attending an event with 400 other out-of-staters & the shirt I received is half useful.I want 1)a replacement shirt that includes both the *********** name or refund my money, 2)their website needs to specify the state will NOT be included on the ** and 3)company needs to do a way better job of prompt customer relations and not ask for additional personal information.Disappointed (kc)

      The customer complained that the state name was missing from their t-shirt. We verified that the customer ordered a "Leominster Massachusetts Sublime Sunset Basic ******** which does not have the word "Massachusetts" printed on it.       When the pull-down menu specifies "**********, *************", it leads one to think that the state is included on the ** There is no subtitle stating that the state will NOT be a part of the shirt.

      As stated before, 1) Divulge the state omission on your website for this type of T-shirt, 2) Do not close out complaints until there is a two-way conversation, 3) Do a better job at improving your ******** Services by answering the company phone and not leaving an automated system to do it for you, 4) Refund me of a useless T-shirt that I ended up NOT wearing at a national event because the state was missing from the shirt.

      Until then, this complaint is not resolved.

      I ordered a tank top from this company in May 2023. Their website claims they offer a free size exchange but doesn't provide information on how to do this. I have submitted a support ticket, emailed 4 times, messaged through social media and attempted to call. No one has gotten back to me. I just want a new size or my money back.

      I purchased a sweatshirt off of this company's website. I relied on the product description to assure me that I would receive what was represented/described.What I got was a very poor quality item where the unfinished hem was already rolling up (as some shirts do over time), and was made of such thin fabric that daylight could be seen through it. Not ok, and definitely not as described.Nowhere during the order process do they share that they Do Not Offer REFUNDS. If by their determination an item is deemed to be DEFECTIVE (a very specific term) they will exchange it. If they receive they item back and do NOT find it to be DEFECTIVE they will not return the item to the customer, but they require you to send it to them at your cost and will NOT ship it back!This policy is outrageous.I did email them immediately about the item. Their reply requested photographs. While waiting to receive the next reply I attempted to call them at the phone # noted on their ******** page - ************ - which says to email them and then hangs up. I called the # listed on BBB's page and it is disconnected.This business is a SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! When you get your subpar merchandise you will NOT be able to return and NOT receive any refund!
