We hired the team to complete the divorce. We paid almost $1000 for them to fix the documents and file a correct **** ***** hired a process server that completely made mistakes on the **** The default got rejected because of the *** that was filed, and now we have to start all over again. I consulted an attorney, and attorney looked at the documents these people have filed all of it was inaccurate.They've also made mistakes on the default when it was filed. These people are a scam and I'm reporting them!

The subject client through referral and past experience of working with us asked us to file final set of documents with the Family Law court on behalf of her friend. The initial Process Serving of various documents (POS) provided by the Client was conducted by our Legal Services Provider (***) to the Respondent in ******, ** at a cost of $250.00. Initial POS filing with the Court by the *** was incorrect so we refiled the documents which initially the Court accepted. Based on the information provided to us by the client we prepared and refiled the final set of various documents with the Court. At this filing the Court did not approve some of the documents and the SECOND POS document was rejected by the Court so we prepared third POS and submitted to the Client, and she decided not to pursue with us in preparing and filing of the remaining TEN sets of DIVORCE Judgment Documents for Court approvals which were prepared and filed with the court.It has been very FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE with this client as she would call and text at ODD hours of the day and week for the past five months. When ********** SALES RECEIPT at the initial contract Initiation In August 2023 It clearly states at the bottom " *********** Policy no refunds will be issued. No Exceptions ". The reason for this policy is that our office can prepare and submit various documents to the ***** following Normal Legal practices. Based on the INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US BY THE CLIENT. We have no control on if and what the Court will accept in issuing FINAL judgment of DIVORCE. The subject DIVORCE PETITION was initiated by the client on Dec 29,2015 which is very long time for the Courts to approve Judgment. This shows the complexity of the documents being filed and processed by the Court. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this situation.
