      Unresponsive! Two months after submitting a poorly designed review request form, weve received no response whatsoever. E-mails, voicemails, snail mail - no response. Our last phone call to AccellPM went to an entirely different company, who appears to be replacing them, but hasnt started yet. Yes, Accell forwarded all phone calls before the new company was scheduled to start serving our association. There is no way to reach anyone at AccellPM by phone. They are completely failing to provide services for which they are still taking money from clients. No wonder they are being replaced! I wish we could choose less than one star to get this to post.

      Based on reviews here, there seems to be a trend among its employees, or perhaps the policy of the company itself. It might be apathy or incompetence, but it could also be malfeasance. Specific for my case, getting a notice from a collection agency over missing payments before a possible lien was quite a shock, but my brother and I chalked it up to miscommunication: we can pay in full and correct any mistakes in correspondence. We contacted the collections and were able to close the outstanding balance in record time. That was the good part.I also sent email to the Accell to confirm our actions, apologize for any miscommunications and timely payments, and ask the *** to consider some credit in good faith. The problem is upon much delay in emails and call backs, Accell has informed me that they received no correspondence with the collection agency they hired and that they will not or cannot credit the account. The collection agency confirms they were prompt in sending out the appropriate funds and letter, and at 20 days, they should be able to acknowledge receiving what they sent. As of this posting, that hasn't happened and there is no easy way to determine when it will be resolved. I was also informed of a the *** meeting at the end of May, but that would be almost 50 days with no resolution. Not knowing the status of payments rendered is very distressing over such a large period of time.The response from Accell is that there is nothing they can do about it, but accepting payments in a timely manner should be one of their major functions as a management company, along with any issues that arise. Based on my and others' experience here, that seems to be a consistent problem, and it could be a costly one for the residents.I would suggest any residents and/or board that use Accell to contact them to review their contract with them. If they bother to answer.

      The absolute worst and most incompetent goup of people ever. Don't bother leaving phone messages (it always goes to voicemail) or emailing because one ever listens to messages or reads emails at this ridiculous place. Your only hope is that you have time to go down there in person and insist on getting answers. My condo has had rain damage since November 2022, and no ceiling in the bathroom - yes it's open to the attic - since Jan 6, 2023. Today is March 23, 2023. How are these people employed? It's especially infuriating because as a homeowner part of my HOA fees goes to paying their salaries. Que head exploding.
