The business offers complimentary consultations. I followed the protocol stated on the website . I emailed for the visit . After a week of not hearing back i called and inquired . The office manager sent me paperwork and the appt . Didnt explain the process . I proceeded as planned on getting care from the provider and felt my deposit would be if services are rendered . I was misled by the doctor as she stated there would be many options reviewed with me . When. The office manger reviewed the information , she stated that there was only one option and that i was given the wrong info . If you you review the Yelp reviews many people are getting scammed by this office . I tried to e mail and resolve the issue and they continue to ignore me . I asked them to review emails as all i did was consult . I did. Not have any services done and the office is charging me and my insurance a full office visit . This is wrong .
