This company calls me at least twice a day. I have asked multiple times to opt out but they keep calling me with different numbers each time so it's impossible to block them. This company has no soul the people who work under them are trained to harass people with their calls.

This company keeps calling and calling me from various numbers soliciting me. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their call list but they do not. They just rudely hang up and I get another call after a couple days. This has been going on for a couple months now.

Hello *****, we are sorry to hear you are dealing with this issue. As far as our part in this, we were unable to find you in our system with any of the descriptors from your post and furthermore, we do not run any forms of marketing so we can assure you that you have come to the wrong place with your complaint. Be sure to place your number on the Do Not Call Registry, that should fend off the unwarranted calls that you are receiving. Apologies we could not be of more assistance, and best of luck with your situation!

This business, also known as Graduate Resource Network, is a scam! They called me, with knowledge of ALL of my personal information already, about consolidating my student loans for $199 a month for 5 months then like $20 a month for a year or two. Said I'd be paying a fraction of what I owe and the rest would be forgiven. They knew ALL of my Fasfa information, I thought it seemed legit so I said ok. I made 2 $199 payments before my bank informed me this business was fraud. I did more research and found out MANY other people had same experience. Some paid the full amount, then noticed NONE of it had gone towards their loans. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel ANY affiliation with their company, they hung up on me so I called back and the guy "******" said he was working on getting me canceled and a refund because I had JUST had another payment withdrawn the night before I found all this out. I've repeatedly contacted them and asked for a status on my refund of $199 at least and the status of my cancelation. I've had no responses in over a week now. I told them I do NOT give them permission to take anymore money out of my account, so we will see if they do. I also contacted my loan servicer and they confirmed they are a scam and that nothing has gone towards my loan or any contact from a third party... "them".

****************** from US Financial called back in 30th, December of 2020 right after he holidays to tell me that my loans would be forgiven and that he works with the Government with this program. I was in shock releif and said yes and signed onto a small payment plan for a year. He and his colleague (*****************) then called me and texted me a few months later for another payment plan during the pandemic. Then, I made that payment plan. I least heard from ***** via text and email July and August of 2022, he told me i needed to recertify and that there would be a fee of $299 - he bothered me everyday via text until we did a CLIXSIGN and I signed for that payment. The last email I have from him is on the 15th of August, 2022, saying that my payment of $299 has cleared. I have not heard from him or his team yet this year in 2023, so I knew something was up. I just opened my MOHELA LOAN letter to reveal no payments are needed and then I saw the numbers and saw NOTHING has changed! I already got ***** FARGO BANK opening a fraudulent case of these MF's and also I work 3 jobs, I just WANT ALL OF MY PAYMENTS FROM US FINANCIAL LLC REFUNDED ASAP!!!US Financial are lying to people daily and taking there money, while they struggle. Please comply with my request. Thank you, -***********************

US Financials has been harassing me for at least 2 years despite my never having done business with them. I have asked them around ***************************** I have told them I am on the do not call registry. I have filed at least 20 reports of the continued calls from this company with the Do Not Call Registry complaint website. On one call, I told the person on the phone that I had repeatedly asked them not to call me and that I would never do business with them. I asked why they kept calling, at one point it was several calls in one day between the hours of 5 am to midnight. The person replied that they "were never going to stop call" and that they "were going to keep harassing" me. The number of calls increased for several weeks. I told a second person after several weeks what they other person had said and asked them to stop calling. The calls stopped for a couple months, then started again. I would like these people to stop calling me. I have never done business with them and I will never do business with them. Since they call from different numbers each time, I can't block them. Please help.

      Hello ******,

Sorry to hear that you are dealing with this harassment. As far as our organization goes we have not solicited any clients or potential clients for our services in over a year. Also, upon searching our database it seems that you do not exist by any of the descriptors provided. Neither your name, email address, nor phone number exist anywhere in our system so I can assure you that you are mistaken in your thinking that we are the ones behind the calls you are receiving. We would advise adding your number to the Federal Do Not Call Registry to prevent unwarranted calls which it sounds like you have already done. Please let us know if anything else can be done on our end to assist with this matter.

I was contacted by phone by US Financial in March 2022. The student loan advisor explained how they could assist with student loan consolidation and loan forgiveness. I believe the advisor I mainly worked with was named *****************************. He talked about public loan forgiveness that I would qualify for and potentially get half of my student loan balance paid off. He was able to know my exact loan balances and also look up my employer to see if they qualified under the public loan forgiveness. He made me believe that if I provided my debit card and made 5 payments of $199, this would be applied to my current loans and then my monthly payment would be lowered. He and US Financial made me believe they were part of the US **** of ********** They took out these payments from April 2022 to August 2022. I went online to check my accounts/loans because I had not seen any student loan payments come out in September and October and was told by my servicer (**** of *************** that they never received any of these 5 payments. After further discussion, the representative warned me that I may have been scammed and to try contacting US financial directly. I tried responding to ******* by email directly but his email is not working. I also called and left multiple voicemails and submitted online for them to call me back to discuss. I called my bank and discussed the situation with them and they plan to reach out to US Financial. I am requesting a full refund for being told lie after lie. I also dont want anything to do with US Financial and request they destroy any personal info they have of mine. I was asked to give proof of income so they had copy of my income tax that has my husband and I personal and confidential information. Im very disappointed and request prompt response and solution to this. ******

      Hello ******,

We are sorry for the confusion and will handle your refund immediately. We have several disclaimers on our contract and our website that state we are not the *** and we do not work with the ********** of ********* either. Your fee schedule that you signed also states that you are paying our company directly for our services and that the payments are not going to the loan plus that you could handle the paperwork yourself for free. We did get your loans successfully consolidated from Fedloan Servicing to *********** and they were approved & enrolled in the **** income driven forgiveness program.

We have refunded 4 payments of $199 directly back to the card on file and usually takes 3-5 business days for it to deposit back into your account. The final payment of $199 is too dated to refund through our merchant account so we will be mailing you that check to the address provided to the BBB and you can deposit that upon receipt. We have also deleted all income documents from your file.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I appreciate the cooperation in refunding the five $199 payments. I see four of the five $199 are pending per my bank and look forward to the fifth payment via check in the mail.

I received a message claiming that my account has been cancelled, however this has not yet been resolved. I still have not received a refund of the $995 that I have been charged. My credit rating has also suffered due to US Financial claiming that my loan was paid off then shortly after reporting that I owed $13K. This fluctuation caused my FICO score to drop 30+ points. I am also now not linked to a federal student loan servicer and am currently unable to access payment to my student loan.

      Hello ******,

In the first response you requested to be cancelled to resolve your complaint so we handled that on our end. Per the contract that was signed, we do not send refunds when we have gotten a client's consolidation and income driven plan approved. Your credit wouldn't have dropped due to any missed payments or anything on our end because you were approved for a $0 payment based on income and family size so it's not possible to be delinquent (especially during COVID forbearance). We also sent you an approval letter on April 18th 2022 explaining your approval. Your loans are no longer with *********** and they are now with Nelnet. Here is part of that email containing your username/password for that loan servicer.

Congratulations! The new servicer of your student loan debt is: ****************

Upon full review of your file, we had rendered the services discussed and got you approved for a lower payment then promised but we will send you a full refund as it sounds like you didn't fully understand the income driven forgiveness program's terms. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to be deposited back into the account ending in 4776.

I was contacted to get forbidden for my student loans. They had all my information before hand, know my balances, address, SSN, etc. They offer me to do 4 payments of $249.50 and then 240 payments of $12.32. I contacted them several times because they never contacted the original debtor in regard the forbidden and they told me that it takes at least 60 days. Now that I'm supposed to be paying the $12.32 I try to cantact them and I couldn't find the person that ispoke all the time. Actually they don't answer the calls, I left message but they didn't call me back.

Our apologies on the first response, the post was submitted preemptively prior to it's completion. Upon review of your file it looks like you were confused about a letter you had received from your new loan servicer that detailed your approval and the standard repayment amount that would take effect if you did not recertify next year. You were able to touch base with your assigned processor on 3/28 and he was able to clarify your program details and what to expect when it comes times for your recertification. It seems you were pleased with the update and cancelled the previous refund request. Please let us know if this was not a sufficient enough response to satisfy your inquiry.

This business contacted me on March 3, 2022 offering student loan forgiveness, but I needed to set up direct deposit payments and provide personal information. I was told I'd be paying $199.00 for the first five months, and then $12.73 a month for the remainder of the payment period. Of course, I should have realized it was a scam, but I'm desperate like the rest of us. I want to get this resolved before they take any money. First payment is scheduled for 3/18/2022. I wish to terminate the agreement.
