This company went out of business and we paid them as you can see on the document. They said they would work to get ** money back from the **** My complaint is that they closed the business and never informed us about it. There was no letter, phone call or email. When we didn't hear from them for a long time I reached out and all numbers were disconnected, email's bounced back etc.I, through much research, found a name of a woman who was on one of the emails that was helping them with our credit from the **** I reached out to her and she is the one who told me that they closed their business and she would be helping us.My complaint then is two-fold. Per the above not telling us or giving us a heads up they were closing and two, we paid them over *********, where is that money and should be be paid some of that back etc as now dealing with another company.

BIS is not out of business and ******************* never worked with BIS.

******************* worked with a group called BGR. They went out of business in the fall and no notice was given to anyone. You really should get correct information before you make accusations.

According to the *** your 2018 refunds were processed, and refunds sent 12/19/22. 2019 and 2020 are in process with the ***. Projected refund release 6/4/24.

All state refunds were received. Which there is an outstanding invoice due and payable to BIS. My office will forward an invoice.

If you did not receive the 2019 refund ck you have to contact the *** directly.

The covid 19 pandemic caused considerable delays regarding the taxing authorities processing time. We have no control over taxing authorities processing time.

I hope this clarifies any confusion.

Any additional support or questions please contact **********************************.

      Best Regards,
