I have asked to be removed from their email mailing and marketing lists at least 12 times over the last year. I have emailed them directly and asked to be removed from their email lists in addition to "unsubscribing" which apparently does nothing. I have waited patiently yet still receive regular marketing emails from them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 13 November 2021. The amount paid to them was $90.56. I knew that I had ordered an item that would hold up my order until the first week of December, but I have not seen any change to the status of my order. I called on 10 December and left a message, and no one returned my call. I called 12 December and left a message, and again no one returned my call. So on 12 December I sent an email to ****************************** and asked for a status of my order, and I have not heard back from this company. I have again tried to call, but I am unable to leave a message because their voice mailbox is full. I have also put in an inquiry about my order through their Contact Us page. I am beyond frustrated that they have not contacted me in any way after leaving multiple messages.
