My fiancee initially ordered a custom made ring from samnsue. After making 15k in payments, we both decided to go with a moissanite ring instead. We requested a refund in November 2023 since the ring was never made. They agreed and said they would keep a percentage which was agreed upon. We were told it would take between 60 and 90 days to receive the refund. Here we are 5 months later with no refund. First we spoke with a woman named ***** who absolutely lied to us, gave us fake tracking number on the check that was never even cut... Then we spoke to her superior who confirmed she lied and it was never done. We then started speaking with ****. We were told the check would be over nighted to us. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no check. No answers. No one can give us an answers. We can never get anyone on the phone. They have absolutely stolen $15000 from us with no resolution in sight.Initial Complaint

In early 2021, we custom ordered my wife's dream engagement ring. It was fairly priced, well made, and we were in love. Everything went swimmingly. Throughout the summer, my wife's fitness goals paid off, but the downside was the ring was now too large. Per the company policy and instruction, I sent the ring back for resizing and repair via insured ***** On 9/16/2021 I received email confirmation that the ring was received by the company and that the wanted work would begin. A price and the expectations were agreed upon via email. On 9/17/2021 I received confirmation that the work will be done and it would take approximately 4 weeks (which would be in Mid-October) and we would be invoiced for the work and it would be sent back upon receipt of payment. This was also agreed upon via email.On 10/28/2021 I emailed them again for an updated on status. I received no communication back. I sent a contact through their website portal for contact as well this day. On 11/10/2021, I sent yet another email requesting updates, and a website contact plus a voicemail to their business number. No returned contact. On 11/17/2021 another email was sent with no returned correspondence. I have left numerous voicemails and website messages to no avail. I and my spouse have also made comments and messages on the ******** page with no communication. At this time, ideal expectations would be as follows:1) Having the ring returned asap with the agreed upon work completed sufficiently; preferably with the repairs fee of $125 waived due to the extended frustration regarding length of time for repairs contrary to agreed upon criteria.or 2) A full refund of the total cost of the ring and all expenses up and to this point.I have copies of the emails should further information be needed.I thank you in advance for you prompt addressing of this issue.
