      Placed an order back in December 2023 and still have not received my order. I emailed them twice and got a response saying production was on it. Emailed 4 more times and no response. Contacted them via social media and still no response. They want you to pay upfront and then never produce nor deliver your order then they ghost you. Dont know how else to get in contact with them.

      I purchased a hoodie and the patches on the arm were printed inside the hoodie vs on the outside. I reached out to see if we could exchange it, which was listed under their return policy for defective items. They informed me they couldn't exchange it bc it was out of stock even though you could still purchase a new one on their site. They offered a $15 credit to use on a future order, which I informed them was not sufficient and not even close to the purchase amount. It took so long to ship that my bank could not dispute the charge and the company stopped responding. I would like a full refund.

      Date of the transaction was 5/31/2023 It was a pre-order for The Bear Varsity Jacket On their website it was stated it may take up to 4 - 6 months for pre-orders to come in. Then after 6 months another e-mail was sent after multiple times trying to contact the business that they are apologizing and now it may take longer. Then I saw them in person in December asking when it would be ready and they stated the new shipment comes in January and it should be sent out then. Then when trying to contact them through e-mail multiple times I have gotten an automatic response that it may take 3-5 business days to reply and never receiving a reply. It has now been exactly a year since my order with no communication from the business. I spent ***** US $ for cost and shipping The order number is #***** Basically it appears that my have just been swindled at this point. Theft

      In August of 2021, I purchased 3 pre order dresses costing me $225. There was no updates till Last year I was informed that there was a production issue and they were working on getting them remade. I was then not update with any information till a few days ago where I was told that I'm never going to receive it as she had to cancel it due to other issues. She said I could get a refund but she would keep a 35% restock fee. Her tos states if I cancel it myself I am subject to the fee but she is canceling it and only going to give me my money back for 1 and a partial of my 3 not made items. She had told me that there is no was to give me my ful money back enless it is store credit even when their tos does not ***** with this.I'm worried about how many others are being treated like this and losing their money

      I received a defective item. When I emailed the company to ask if I could get a replacement or refund, they did not provide a sufficient resolution. They stated they couldn't replace it because they don't have any in stock even though you can still buy the item on their website. I then advised them I don't mind waiting and was told they could only give a very small discount on a future item. The large vinyl patches were placed on the inside of the right sleeve. It is really uncomfortable to wear since the patches should be on the outsifr and is not how it is advertised. I would like a refund at this point if they cannot replace the item in a reasonable timeframe.

      I pre-ordered a Tortured Magician's jacket on 1/25/2022. At the time the website did not show a time frame for shipping because it is a pre-order. They have recently updated their pre-order page to show a 3-6 month turn around time. I tried to contact them via email per their terms and conditions after 6 months. I received a automated email stating to reach out in personal dm to their Instagram. I did so and received another automated message and then nothing. I reached back out 12/16/2022 via email and received another automated message promising a 5 day turn around and I have received nothing by the date 12/30/2022. I attempted to file a claim via pay pal which the item was purchased and was denied since it has been over 180 days since the original purchase. This company is still posting about their new items and selling out at cons but can not even send a genuine email. They request patience on their instagram since they are a "small team" but don't care at all. They only care about doing colabs with popular cosplayers to boost their sales to steal money from people. This company is a straight up scam.

      October 12, 2021 was official date payment was taken from my account. Business was paid to provide a sweatpants and hoodie set that was only available by preorder. Business did not provide updates on status and refuses to update. They have not sent me my products I paid for and its now almost 13 months since I ordered. I asked for a refund since they kept posting socmed updates stating products were delayed and on the way. Since August Ive been attempting to receive a refund. My bank will not since its past 180days. Business keeps saying preorder items already paid for and delayed but still wont refund my money. It appears my product may have arrived in June or August when two shipments came in but business went to conventions and posted pictures of items and most likely sold them. Business repeatedly states they cant hold/keep inventory which is why they do preorders only. They dont have any stock on hand. Cant reach business to get refund and the responded once to let me know Id only receive store credit - I do not want anything to do with this business. I have too many screenshots and emails documenting issues to upload but can provide via email. Im not the first to have issues - business has been doing this for years. I want my refund and this business shut down permanently. Will be reaching out to businesss local authorities as well to report. May pursue legal route at this point. This is unacceptable.

      Paid for an in stock item on July 22nd for $41.80. Back then the website said that they ship stock items in 1-2 weeks. I emailed a few times concerning this and they asked for a little more time or two more weeks, when I started asking for a refund instead they ignored my emails. Yesterday I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which it had been a few months now. And today they printed the shipping label. So I got a your product has shipped type email. Returning the item I have to pay half the price in order to return it. And half the product still for an attempt at intercepting so I dont get it. I no longer want anything from a business that needs pressure from a bank to ship my item. Plus I emailed saying I no longer am at that address last month.

      I ordered this item with my fiance, *************************** debit card and the item has not been received. I reached out to them on the May 31, 2022 and the response email which is an automatic one, is attached. I've not heard anything since. I would like a refund for my item.

      I placed my order on March 2nd of 2021, my order number is #*****. It has been over a year and 3 months since I placed my order and I still have not gotten an estimated ship date let alone my item. At the time of placing my pre-order the store's website stated that it would take up to **** months for orders to arrive, so I wanted to be patient but outside of the email confirming my order was placed I never heard back from the company for at least a year. I sent multiple emails to the multiple different emails listed on the shops website and at the bottom of my confirmation email where I was directed to contact to ask for a rough estimate of when my order would ship and never heard back. I had to contact the shop through their instagram page at the advice of other customers I had spoken to who had similar bad experiences with the company. After getting in contact with them this way, I still was not able to get even a vague estimate of when my order would ship, and this was after several months of trying to get in contact with anyone that could help me with my order. Because of this and a handful of other reason I don't feel comfortable continuing with this business to receive my order and would just like a refund instead. Since I wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and wait the **** months it stated on the shop website to ship my order, it has gone past the window of time allotted for me to file a claim with paypal. I had previously attempted to file a claim with paypal giving the same information provided here, my case ID is **************, but it was denied because it was past the 180 days where I am allowed to file a claim and ask for help from paypal which is why I am filing this claim here.
