I placed an order online and received an email confirmation August 8, 2022. Since then, when I click the order status link in that email, it tells me the order is being fulfilled. The "contact us" portion of the website includes an email address, but when I tried to send a email it was returned as undeliverable. I then tried twice to use their web page communication block and have received no response. I just tried calling and the voice mailbox is full. I would love my parts or a response as to its status.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Powerview remote for my *************************** blinds. That was the east part. The tracking information states the label was created but **** has yet to receive the parcel. This was almost 20 days ago. I have attempted to contact the sales team twice regarding my order and finally requesting to cancel it since I have t even received the said product. I have never heard from anyone and they still took my money.
