  Redeemed groupon voucher with company on 5/29/2024. The amount was $55.99. It was for a 6 week vial of semaglutide. This provider called and only asked my name and age and tried to upsell to another vial due to vial I purchased being on back order they claimed. Other providers use a telehealth program with a physician who writes and order and sends to pharmacy. None of this was done, just someone on the phone asking for name and birthday and do you want medication and then she told me to text the groupon to her. I was told they would be out of stock until June 17th. On June 4th I received a tracking number. Intially tracking number was not moving and I contacted merchant and they advised they sent it and it was not their issue it was ***** They then provided me with a different tracking number that has not yet moved at all. June 16th something was delivered and on the instructions there was typos and the vial was not refrigerated during shipping as all physicians state it should be. The vial came with no lot number or expiration number. I have had previous vials that come from a Real pharmacy and this looked homemade. The content of the vial is not compromised as it was not handled properly and unknown ingredients in the vial. I am too scared to use it as Im a nurse and injecting unknown things into your body is inappropriate. I have reached out to groupon as well as the company but no resolution. There are many reviews on groupon where other ordering near same times as me who are just getting products can tell its fraudulent medication. Seeking refund

  I bought several Groupon for beauty works oc for deals on semiglutide for weight loss I redeemed my first 6 weeks on 11/1/23 and got the product and had the best results and wanted to redeem the remainder of Groupon (12weeks) of semiglutide to maintain my weight as I was at my goal. I went back on 11/24/23 to redeem the remaining 12 weeks I purchased. ***, she was the one that helped me, got upset as she said Im only allowed to 1 Groupon purchase, but Groupon allowed me to purchase unlimited and its typically on the vender to only allow 1 time normally if its set up right it only allows 1 purchase but there are times that you can purchase multiples *** wanted me to lie to Groupon saying I wasnt a candidate and ask for a refund and pay her directly as shell get 100% of the money I told her I dont & wont lie to get a refund so she rudely went and got me what was supposed to be semiglutide barely 6 weeks and I had redeem 9 weeks of the 12 i purchased it honestly was literally 5-6 weeks worth If even that I was so upset I asked *** to see the vile she **** from and she said she put it back in the fridge I left upset but I continued doing my weekly shots and during that time I gained over 10lbs I know for a fact she didnt give me semiglutide it was maybe saline or something I reached out to her a few weeks later and she said I had to see the doctor at my cost and that wasnt part of the deal I then sent her a txt on 12/27 asking her to just make it right or if not Ill be filling a complaint she never responded I still have another 3 week Groupon for them but I refuse to go back and I cant get a refund Im not working and I lost a lot of money on my purchases I know they had the semiglutide as I did 6 weeks with my first Groupon and I had great results now Im out hundreds of dollars and *** gained several pounds back I just wanted to maintain my weight please help me. I tried to make it right going to her but she doesnt care.
