On April 28th, I ordered subs through Uber Eats and I cancelled one order for ***** for two subs, drinks and chips. Well, after ordering the correct one, the order I cancelled was charged to my ***** I called the manager at Firehouse sub and I was told I have to contact Uber Eats but I was told to contact Firehouse Subs. I feel my second one that was cancelled should have at least been refunded since I cancelled it really fast before ordering the correct one. After this experience, I will never go to Firehouse Subs for anything. I have proof of being charged for the cancelled items.
