3 couples traveled together to Lake Arrowhead for a wedding on November 26, 2022. We arrived around 3 pm on 11/25/22. On the hotel's website, the check in time is 2:00 pm. We needed to check in, take showers, and get to the rehearsal dinner. On check in, the woman at the front desk gave us the keys, however, she asked us to go for a short walk, since the rooms were not ready. We went for a walk. The rooms were still not ready by 5:00pm. We had to go to our event dressed as is. See documentation uploaded regarding emails back and forth. Initially, I contacted the front desk management to request a refund for the first night of 2 nights on behalf of all 3 couples in our group: (*****, Stewart, Stevason/Ollinger). I was told by the front desk to contact Ankit Parmar. His phone number and email are posted at the front desk. He did not respond to repeated emails. I finally spoke with him when he picked up his phone. He said to again send our email to the front desk management at [email protected]. He said he only deals with emergencies, and that the front desk deals with everything else. I did send a second email to the front desk and have not received a response. I believe in always trying to resolve an issue through direct discussion. I have no choice left since the Arrowhead Lake Inn will not return my calls or emails. I addition, Akit Parmar will not discuss the issue. I am requesting a one night refund for all 3 couples. I am the one who found this lodging, and I feel very bad for finding this Inn. I have subsequently read complaints on your BBB site as well as Yelp reviews. I believe that this Inn is not conducting business in accordance with the high standards of the Lake Arrowhead community.
