            I got my 2017 ***** Accord washed at this business a couple of weeks ago and I just noticed today that Casino Car Wash had to have damaged my rear camera fastened under my trunk while they were washing, wiping, and drying that area. Upon discovering that my camera was damaged and broken, the owner informed me that he would see me in court and he wasn't paying for anything, despite the fact that, I have been coming to his business for years before he recently obtained ownership. He is a very rude individual and very unprofessional, I was hoping that he would reimburse for the $780 that I have to pay to get my camera repaired tomorrow, or come to some mutual compromise. The resolution that I want in this matter and the only satisfaction that I am seeking is to fully reimbursed for $780 for the repair of my car, and I want everybody to read this complaint and stay away from Casino Car Wash because the new owner is not a nice person, unprofessional, rude and doesn't care about anything but making money apparently. I WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT HOW BAD THE NEW OWNER OF CASINO CAR WASH IS. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
