I booked a hot air balloon flight for two with Adventure Flights which was to take place on Sunday, August 5,. The cost of the flight was $258.00. One day before the flight i received a mesage with a relocation of the departure, we went to the address and we have a ride in a van we were 6 adults and 2 kids... the driver try to reach the that he was seeeing in the air but all the terrain way entries were locked finally he told us that was to late and that we have to called to resquedulle.. what?? we just get mad. I call to resquedulle and yes they give me another date they never ask what happend or received any apologize so we have another date august the 19, again one day before they send me a mesage with another address to met, however the person never showed up we wait two hours . And the rest is the same no answer I sent them an email at @advflights.com requesting that they contact me . Also, they never answer their phone. now i'm searching and they are not in the secretary of state. I want my refund is not fair I bought though Groupon i dont understand how could let doing services without licenses.

Let's start with the License. Temecula Balloon Rides is a DBA under Aeronaut Ventures Inc. Yes weare licensed. In March of 2021 the founder and lead pilot passed away, and when we lost our last pilot on July 5, 2021 we had to close. Another balloon company has stepped up to get our passengers flown. We no longer have an office staff to cover the phones, I have doing my best to help with rescheduling passenger and assist with the closing of the company. On Aug 5 Ms. *********' flight was cancelled because it was no longer safe for flight. Her party was rescheduled for Aug 15th. I was not informed that the lead pilot had cancelled the flight due to unsafe weather. They forgot to inform me and our passengers. I did not find out until I came back from Napa on Aug 24th. In Sept, I also found out that the person that was covering the emails, stopped taking care of them. Ms. ********* purchased her voucher on Groupon. I would have informed her that she would need to contact Groupon for a refund, and I had already send her the wine vouchers she purchased to the winery and she could still use them.
