I purchased 2 Tickets for a Hot Air Balloon Ride on 3/222021 for $169.00 per ticket. The Ride was scheduled for April 12 2021. On the day the ride the company called and cancelled the ride due to weather conditions. He stated that I can reschedule the ride within a year. I called to reschedule 11/05/21 and the phone 9516784334 went straight to vm. I got a text message from ********** stating that the company is out of business and to contact them via email *****@advflights.com no one replies. My booking number is #73980930 I used my Discover card ending 2480 for a total of $338.00. The email with the booking number states the company uses FareHarbor for reservation and paymentsBusiness response

Hi ******,
Thank you for reaching out to me. Unfortunately, due to the death of the owner of our company, we are currently without a pilot and unable to fly. However, we are working with another company to reschedule our previously scheduled passengers. I would be happy to reschedule Ms. **** if she contacts me at the office number: ###-###-####. (I was in the process of moving the office, and had some technical difficulties, so wasn’t able to access my phone messages for some time, but that issue has been resolved.) Alternatively, I can exchange her hot air balloon flight for a Platinum wine tasting voucher at Monte De Oro winery that is of an equivalent value. Please let me know what is her preference, and I will work with her to make it happen.
