I received a safety recall notice for my 2014 **** F-150 and took it to Aaron **** in ***************************. They refused to perform the recall service and did not provide any proof to justify their decision. They also threatened my safety by allowing me to drive with a potential transmission issue that could cause my rear brakes to lock up, leading to a serious accident. I then took the truck to ********* in ********, and they promptly addressed the recall.Initial Complaint

On recently dropped of my F150 truck for service and maintenance and my local dealership. They have serviced my vehicle multiple times in the past. I didn notice a name change and was told they had new owner. My experience was completely different this tome around. I was checked in. I informed them of them I had noise coming form underneath the truck and that the oil change was due. I was also clear that I had the extended bumper to bumper warranty, included oild changes and rental car in my policy. They had done the same in the past.So they received my truck. Ordered my rental and gave me a ride to pick it up. 3 days later I receive a call my truck is ready for pick up. When I arrive to collect my vehicle, I get presented with a bill for work, parts, oil change and rental. They won't return my truck. I didn't receive any notification to authorized work outside my policy At additional cost. Please help I don't have another vehicle other that the rental provided and they are adding $40 each day now. Please help this is my work truck! Me and my family depend on this truck for out daily needs.
