      I purchased some products from this company on 5/12/24 I asked for expedited shipping, the product hadnt come within a week. Since then I had been emailing and receiving messages stating that they were preparing my order and then they were backed up and that it would ship in a few weeks, and then never receiving the products. I asked for a refund and havent heard anything and cannot dispute transaction through the bank because its beyond 60 days

      I placed an order May 18, 2024 and still have not received my order. Ive been given the run around for months. Ive been told its on the way as well as Id get a refund. I spent $225.17 and Im on fixed income and cant afford to give money away. I was diagnosed with Cancer and thats why I decided it they thats natural products to go along with my conventional chemo treatments, only to get scammed. Ive seen so many people that have gone through this same issue. They should be prosecuted for taking hundreds and thousands of dollars from people claiming to make and sell natural products. I tried disputing with my credit card but its too late and they knew to keep me on a string until it was too late to get my money back.

      I ordered a product on May 29th 2024. A ***** was withdrawn form my account on May 30th.. ******************** cell food said that they were behind. Schedule with packaging the orders **** to 6 weeks. Was there estimated delivery time?Beyond that date of May 30th I still have not received product. Or any type of compensation for the delay in ordering my product have not received A. Refund and cannot contact them. Buy a phone number to get information on how much longer I need to wait for my product. At this point I feel like they have stolen the money from me. Not produced a product that they promote and that everyone else has not received a product either.This is poor customer service.And I just wanted to. Put it out there that is company is not above board. I am makes a relationship to contact them by email with only one response with them saying we're behind schedule with duue to overwhelming response. The length of time that I have waited what was beyond?Good business practices.

      I ordered products from this company on 6/4/24. On the product page where you add a product to cart it states orders will be delivered in 2-3 days. Not only that but i also paid for priority shipping and still havent recieved my orders. Despite multiple emails and messages back and forth asking for a refund, the seller ignores this requests and states that orders take about a month to ship out. I am repeatedly requesting a refund for my orders because the product page says 3 days. So im requesting a refund for my 2 orders.

      I purchase three bottles from them and they all got crack and waste in the bags so I sent them pictures of it and they were going to send me some more but it was taking to long for them to send it out again so I just ask for a refund they said it would take 5-7 business days its been pass that so I need help to get my money back

      We have already created the order for his replacement for the damaged items. It takes time for us to process these compounds as we make everything fresh by hand per order. We see that he already filed the chargeback but we will still make sure that the replacement order is sent.

      I ordered two three month detox packages from this company on February 28th. The expected delivery stated on their site was up to three weeks. It has been almost 8 months and I have yet to receive my items. I have patiently waited and went through numerous emails of reps saying it would be sent out the same week and still I have received nothing. I asked for a refund in which they stated their payment processor wasnt working and I should go through PayPal. I tried disputing through them but since the order was placed over 180 days they cannot do anything. I tried disputing through my bank and they too were unsuccessful. Im just exhausted and upset and ultimately I just want my money back.

      We hope this email finds you well. We have identified that the customer's order was placed in our old account, which was associated with an old PayPal system that we no longer utilize. We have already reached out to the customer directly to assure her that her refund is a top priority for us.


      The delay in processing of her refund is attributed to the complexities involved in transitioning from our old PayPal account to our new payment processor and system. Unfortunately, the release of funds from our old PayPal account has been a slower process than anticipated.

      Please be assured that once the funds are released by PayPal, we will promptly process her refund and we will also update her.

      Also, we are locked out of our old BBB account which is why we are not able to respond to complaints. Can you please advise as to how we can set up a new account for our business so that we can respond to complaints. Thank You!

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Its been almost a year and they have not been communicating with me unless I reached out. I feel as though they only reached out to me because they were contacted by the bureau. They told me numerous ineffective dates about when I would receive my refund and 3 weeks ago I was told November 15th I would have it indefinitely and I still have yet to receive it. An effective response would be giving me a considerate time frame of when I should be receiving my payment and if that is not possible What are the other alternatives to me receiving my money? If your business is still making profitable wages why not pay us back with what you received and you wait for PayPal? Due to the nature of the complaint PayPal can take another year so am I supposed to be okay with the insinuation of youll receive your money when we do? That doesnt sound logical at all. Why am I still waiting for whats owed to me? My mother is ill and I need my money to receive alternate holistic care. So until we can come to a reasonable conclusion this matter will never be resolved.

      I placed an order with Cosmic Cell Academy in May 2023 and have yet to receive an update using the tracking number. They keep sending this generic email saying that it usually takes a couple weeks but I have yet to receive anything. When I try to call it goes straight to voice mail.

      **************** reached out to us regarding the delay in her order. We explained to her that the team was just waiting for some herbs to come in that are needed to process the compounds in her order. Her order was sent out the following week.

      July 8, 2023, I placed an order for the 30 Day Alkaline Chef cookbook for $57.97 plus $6.55 shipping for a total of $64.52. I received an email confirmation stating my order was successfully processed and was being prepared for shipment from email address: "***************************** via ********************" providing my order #20577. On July 21, I replied to the July 8th confirmation email asking for an update because I hadn't received my order or a shipment notice. I posted a comment on their Facebook page asking if ANYONE had actually received a book. On July 26, I received a reply email from "*****************************" stating the "team" was waiting to receive the books and would ship them as soon as they arrived. On August 10, I received a bogus "shipment" notice with tracking #******************************, stating the order was "on the way" but when I tracked the package, the USPS website states as follows: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 10, 2023 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available." I now believe this was a scam from a fraudulent company.

      : ************** received the shipping notification when the order was printed out by our team. They will know when their order has been sent out once the tracking status updates. This is all explained on our website under shipping policy. Her order was eventually sent out to her.
