Its been 2 months and 2 emails and still havent received the product I ordered. I requested my money back on the second email and all I got was that theyre still behind due to high demands basically the same as the previous email a month earlier. I have placed an order back on December 14th 2022, for three items, shipping label was made February 1st. As of today 2-22-23 I have not received my order or any other update. There phone is always off and if it is on no one ever answers phone I was able to leave 1 voicemail with no return call. Called back no answer and can not leave voice mail as voicemail seems to be always full now. They say in email response to me that they will not refund me for what I ordered because shipping label has been made and my “order is being made”. Waiting over 2 months is not right at all to have to wait for an order! $247 spent and no return for my money. At this point I feel like I was robbed of my money!Review from Roxanne T.

It has been over 2 and a half months since I ordered the iron product and has not received anything back from them. The only answers I get is that they are working on it at this time I just want my money back from them. I don't want to ask them anything else because I'm not being told the truth. I have been in correspondence with this business now going on two months and still have not received my order. I have emailed their company asking for updates and tracking information. At this time, I have not received my product and there is no tracking number showing my item is on its way. Every time I contact this business, they have given me an excuse as to "why" I have not received my order. I have asked for a refund, and they have refused to grant me a refund for my order. And I quote from the email that was sent to me from them "Please be advised that we are not able to issue a refund once the order has been created and tracking number sent to you." This is what was told to me via my constant emails from this company. I have tried calling this business and no one picks up the phone to ask my questions about my order. Good products. Explanation of products listed on site and upon delivery. Delivery takes 1 mth but they tell you this in advance. It should not be a suprise.Review from Anthony S

It’s taking my one order, a book too long to arrive. Now when I attempt to call their customer service line, it goes straight to voicemail, which their voicemail is full. I won’t recommend this company to anyone in the near future.
