      I got an order for items on sale. I placed an order 3 weeks ago that never shipped. Emailed customer service that went to their ** affiliate who said to contact US customer service. No replies. Reached out on social Media, emailed and nothing. I've shopped with the company for years and apparently they were recently sold and aren't fulfilling orders even though they accepted payment.

      I placed an online order with etnies 4 weeks ago. After two weeks i decided to check the status via the company web site. The site showed that it still had not shipped. I reached out to the customer service to find out when it will ship . I have now went back and forth with customer service for another two weeks. I still have not received any shipping information, nor will they give me a refund for my purchase.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website order number ET196352US. I got the email where it was shipped with tracking but they only sent 1 of the 2 pairs. They have taken my money for both. I have tried to reach out with every option they have on their website. The customer service number doesnt work. Ive emailed their customer service email multiple times. Ive filed a customer service inquiry on their website. *** even tried reaching out with them through their ******** messenger on their official page. Ive gotten exactly 0 responses from anybody.

Scanned and auto generated email that item was in transit back to warehouse.Item was sent back to my home rather than to the warehouse.Informed customer service and requested a new return label.       Ordered items online but they did not deliver items. I already paid for them. They did not email me back. They have no phone number.

      I ordered snow boarding boots online on 12/24/21. I paid $339.43. The order number is *******. The boots are lashed diggers 21. After they came in the mail I tried them on once and they did not fit. I went to the website and looked up their return policy. I sent them an email to the listed customer service email informing them that I wanted to return the boots. Then I located their return request form and entered the required information. Still no response. I entered the return form a total of three times. I sent another email to their customer service email and still no response. Their return policy states that returns must happen within 30 days. It's been over 30 days now and I need to return these boots and receive a full refund as stated by their policy on their website.

      It appears that 32 boots warranty department is closed when you call all the numbers linking to their warranty says that the number does not work emails are being ignored for upwards of Two Month's phone calls are not being returned and their warranty form is an error code link on the Web address. I purchased an item that needs warrantied and I'm being ignored.

      They refuse to honor their return policy. I returned a pair of shoes and only received a partial refund and was charged for rerun shipping when their website clearly states "free return shipping within the U.S". I've talked with customer service and now they are ignoring me.

      I purchased a pair of brand new Thirty Two boots from a retailer BECAUSE THEY HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I recently had to reach out due to a defect in one of the boots and was happy that I spent the extra money (vs buying on amazon or something) for the warranty. I was told by the retailer that the warranty claim was received, and that I would be getting a new pair sent in the next few weeks. It was frustrating that this entire process took about 2 months (and that it was dead middle of the ski season so I already missed most of an entire season bc of them dragging their feet). But whatever, at least it was finally resolved.....Net thing I know, I'm told that Thirty Two (who is owned by Sole Technology) dropped all their contracts with retailers, is refusing to answer calls or emails, and is rumored to be going bankrupt. This is legit lies and theft. I demand my warranty be claimed.I've sent countless emails over the last few weeks through their online system (no answer), the phone number was impossible to find (and when I did, no one was available to answer). It's a freaking joke and I demand my lifetime warranty be honored as it was promised when I purchased the boots.I even sharpied all over the boots like the rep from Thirty Two originally informed the retailer to tell me to do, before they went radio silent.I also have screenshots and proof of purchase of the boots that are provided below.
