This company has helped me clean up my debt. I was skeptical at first because of the phone calls and the times we live in but I gave them a chance and they are a legitimate company and did what they said theyd do. **** calls, non stop and will not provide contact information to be removed. I spoke with ***********************. After numberous request to be removed from call list, I still receive calls. They use a pre recorded robo caller "From ****" that directs you to call another transfer robo answer number, before being transfer to "*****" There should be a way to not be harrassed by these people.NextStep Financial Response

Most likely fraudulent, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. If you're having debt problems, seek out a local, reputable business that you can physically go to.I got a voicemail from 223-204-301x telling me to call 352-900-256x. The 256x number is a recording made to sound like a person asking you questions. The recording sends you to someone that will "help" you with your debt. I used a fake name and they asked me to verify my address, so they don't actually have your name in their system. I'm on the federal do not call list, so at the very least, they are violating laws that govern using robocalls to dial a bunch of numbers.NextStep Financial Response

I got a call from them Ive been going through some really financial hardship and had to go on disability and I have three very small personal loans that have really been stressing me and I did talk to him and I did give them my Social Security number and they were supposed to call me back at 3 oclock this past Friday and I havent heard from anyone so I decided to do this search on Better Business Bureau because he gave me the name of the business your phone number and his name Im scared about my Social Security number and I dont know what to do about itNextStep Financial Response

Your manager called and said she apologized, and that the employee in question had been terminated. Then offered a gift card for the issue and when I agreed she said thank you and hung up. Pretty weird way to send someone a gift card. Still to this day have not received said gift card and honestly its not even about that. Its about you still not giving a s*** and hoping Ill go away.Review from Marcell N

Got the same message that #2 complain about. Robo.message saying they send me some paperwork, but I don't know what they are talking about. I haven't talk to no body about any debts and haven't received no dam mail concerning them to me.. and on top of that he wanted my social security number??? Yea right!!! G.t f.o.here!! They claimed to have a similar experience as another, yet was able to speak to one of our agents for 12 minutes in regards to why he received the call. As a member of the **** we are in compliance with all Federal regulations of the industry. ****************** was asked for his social security number to pull his credit profile to see how we may assist him with repairing his credit report as we do with all of our clients that return our calls and standard procedure to view a credit profile. We understand that in todays world there are a lot of scams out there but we have gone above and beyond to stand out and follow all federal and state laws and regulations. Should ****************** still care for assistance we can assist them and provide more information as to who we are and what services are available to them.
