    We had Dynamic Air Services come out to check the hydronic heating system in a condo we own in ****************; and they then gave us an estimate of $2,260 to repair the system. they had us put down $203 and we scheduled for a month out, for this past Tuesday, April 5th. we had the building's water turned off; we put up signs about the water turnoff; and we had our tenant stay home from work to let them in. and then they did not show up or call! I have called them now for two days, and other than talking to **** in customer service, nothing has been remedied; we received no explanation; and we have not gotten a refund. this has been very inconvenient, and my tenant still has no heat.

    Buyer Beware! DO NOT USE! There are so many HVAC companies, why use an unethical one?I found Dyanmic Air through a ********** promotion where you pay for a furnace filter plus a little extra, and they will come out and service your furnace. ******* was my technician and when he arrived I explained that the furnace and AC worked perfectly---it cooled and heated the house perfectly. I recently bought the house and am under home warranty so I was not interested in any expensive upgrades or fixes, I merely wanted the furnace serviced and know it was safe to use. ******* immediately became hostile and argumentative telling me why I was wrong, that the home warranty would never cover the furnace etc. I explained that I was just interested in the furnace maintenance and nothing else. ******* did his thing and then left. That evening---the very FIRST time that I used my heater after their "maintenance"---the heater would not work. I called Dynamic and ****** came back the next day and told me I would need a $1,000 fix. I explained why I obviously had a problem with this and that the heater worked perfectly until it was "serviced" by Dynamic Air. I spoke to a manager named *** on the phone that day (which was a Friday) and *** told me he would have to call me back. On Monday, another manager named ***** called me (he has responded to a few of the reviews here) and he sounded like he was going to do the right thing and have the heater fixed. He told me that he was going to call me back in the afternoon "with good news". That was two weeks ago AND NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. I have left over 6 messages with the company explaining the situation and have been promised a call back each time. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK.I suspect that my furnace was intentionally sabotaged and broken by *******. The fact that he became so argumentative and hostile when I told him I was not interested in his recommended upgrades tells me he was upset that I was not going to be a sale to
