      I have been trying to reach company to give them my updated bank info for payment purposes. When calling am disconnected when put on hold for live person! Have emailed with no response. Would like to get corrected info to them to take care of loan. What do I do?? I have issued a stop payment with old bank.

      Ive been trying to contact them regarding my account. Ive called several times, sent multiple emails and left messages. I did ****** and notice many other people were having the same issue. There is no way to contact them.

      I took out a loan withRSVP loans and ended up filing chapter 128. My lawyer sent out the notice of filing and it was returned back with unknown address. I have called, left messages and no return calls, also emailed to not have any return emails. Every address I have found for them is the one my attorney sent notice to.

      I took out a loan with RSVP Loans on April 7, 2023 for $2500. I updated my Bank Account information for automatic payment withdrawals on February 6, 2024 after switching banks. On February 9, 2024, they pulled from the old bank. I contacted them with screenshots showing they had the correct information but received no response. I attempted to call, but the call disconnects after 17 seconds when the recording says "Your call will be answered in the order it was received.". On February 29, 2024, the same thing happened but this time the account was already closed. I emailed them the screenshot, as well as a voided check so they could confirm the information. April 9th, I emailed again with the same information. I have also texted and continued to try to call. Also, on March 9, 2024, I filed a complaint with the ************************************ who contacted them and they have not responded to that complaint. I am not trying to get out of the debt, but they are refusing to respond to me, nor are they pulling the funds from the account on file. I already had to pay overdraft fees on the old account, the least they could do is begin pulling payments from the correct account starting now.

      I am trying to contact them to payoff account. Their main number is fraudulent. When a call is made to them It is answered by an automated voice. I follow prompts and am disconnected when choosing to talk to a representative. My email is not answered.

      I've got a high interest loan with this company. I've called them over half a dozen times, left a message once, but nobody ever answers. And I've not received a call back. I've emailed several times as well with no response. I've emailed at least 10 times with no response. I'm trying to pay my loan in full this week so I don't incur more high interest fees and there is no option for me to pay on the businesses website. I'm simply wanting a call or email back from them.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I had taken a "payday" loan out from RSVP and when another company decided to file a lawsuit against me I combined both the lawsuit amount and the amount still owed to RSVP in a chapter 128 through "*************************. The chapter 128 was filled on 9/29/202 with the total amount of $2,497. On 4/25/2023 I refinanced my home to consolidate everything into one payment. The refi was through the "Loan Depot" and they send a check to RSVP in the amount of $3,670.00 which was cashed by RSVP on 5/11/2323, which was an OVERPAYMENT of $1,172.19. Over the last 2 months I have been trying to get my overpayment check back from RSVP. I have called them multiple times each WEEK for 2 months now and have not received my funds. As of today 9/20/2023, they are STILL "looking into this matter". It has been over 4 MONTHS now and I am now writing this formal complaint in hopes that it might speed things up, after all If I am late on any payments I get changed late fees and interest, yet if i over pay on things I cannot charge "late fees or interest". I was informed by the mentioned Law Firm that under the chapter 128 I waqs protected from interest and late fees still RSVP continued to charge them anyway.
