I have sent them 5 emails about an order that was not received due to a lack of unit number which I emailed them about right after placing it. They havent emailed me at all. Just want them to sent it to the right address and of give me a refund plz!Review from Ashley C

*** ordered multiple times from this company and normally have no issues with my order arriving promptly however the most recent time I ordered they sent me the incorrect size bottoms. I ordered a small and received a medium. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for a month now. I was emailed back one time asking what item was incorrect and after I responded I heard nothing again. Im a fan of the swimwear but being sent incorrect sizes does me no good. I just want the items I ordered. And then I will take my business elsewhere.Review from Dave W

Great products but horrible customer service. Impossible to get a refund and they sell out of stock items that you will never receive. Would love to order more if this company would figure out their logistics but as of now won't be ordering again. Most recent order was asked to pay an import fee to ****** that I've never been asked to pay before either. If that was the case then it should be included in the pricing of the suit. This company has alot of issues to figure out. I would steer clear.Review from Aspen M

Do not purchase from this company. I used to buy all of my bikinis from here. I do not know what has happened but my recent purchase did not fit and never received my refund. Its been almost three months now. Im exhausted! had emailed them several times.Review from Heather D

Zero stars!!!!! Horrible customer service after 6 emails and made a return 4 weeks ago and still never heard about my refund or an email saying my return was processed and spent my own money for the return as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Adelle D

I agree with all the reviews below. This company is doing things just wrong. They sell items "out of stock", then take forever to ship items. I just got my order and an item is missing. Now they come with the story that its out of stock. You have to go through all this trouble to get a simple order fulfilled. Then, part of my order completely delayed, WEEKS to MONTHS. Its so frustrating dealing with this. Someone has to do something about this, it seems dozens of people with same complaints.Review from Chelsie H

Do not purchase anything from this company.Similar to everyone who has left a review prior to me: I have been unable to secure a refund AFTER sending back my items. This return process is archaic. You print out a form and have to hand write in your items and then put that form back into your bag/envelope/etc. You pay the return postage.I then waited a couple weeks, heard nothing and saw no refund processed. I emailed their **************** asking for an explanation. They apologized for the inconvenience and said: "We will reprocess your refund at this time.You should receive the confirmation shortly". As of now, 2 weeks later, they've gone dark and I've received no refund.I have filed a dispute with Paypal and now will have to wait for a decision.Review from Vannessa M

My daughter has ordered a couple swim suits from this company and this is the second time they have sent a tracking number for an item they never took to the post office. They print out a label, send the tracking number, never ship it, never contact us to say it was never shipped and magically they are sold out. This is a SCAM! They sell items that are not in stock and they send pre shipping tracking info. Waiting on a refund. They should be shut down. The scam of the out of stock items is unacceptable!!!
