I feel like this entity hides behind the fact that they are on Federal Land, as they run their business. The people in charge of running China Peak appear to be unlawful in their handling of; Employees (as I know some of them personally), Liquor license (replacing Rum liquor for actual liquor), Living conditions of employees (No running water for longer than a day), Chargeable - drug use (employees and owners), Mold in housing units. This all leads me to feel that their really do feel like they can "do what they want" because there are no repercussions. And it is a dangerous mixture coming down from the people running the place (*******) of power and illegal drugs.I understand that they are legally obligated to have the County check on their food handling licenses and conditions of living, but there is so much going on that it would appear they are given a 'break' on some things. Leaving me to feel that there is no oversite for them. And go figure that they are not apart of the BBB.As our family has enjoyed this "Resort" in the past, it has tremendously gone down hill in the last year. And we will no longer stay silent, it is a dangerous situation, waiting to blow up. There needs to be some sort of 'reigning in' the heads of this entity so it can be the family resort it once was. Throw in some 'under-cover' people and all my points would easily come to light.There is too much for me and my family to risk, like our lives, at that resort and I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears. More oversite is needed by our County and State to ensure this 'Resort' can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. I will also reach out to the County and State to enlist their assistance, but also wanted you - the BBB - to know. I know a lot of people count on your business to find reputable places to enjoy a family environment.
