Pacific Green *************** it has been probably one of the worst landscaping companies Ive ever come across. Its been years of bad service and issues. *** collected numerous amounts of pictures and videos of their poor work. Theyve been reported for not providing the minimum quality expected from them. Im more than happy to provide evidence of their lack of professionalism and bad service. Its been a year of trying to have them improve their service but they dont care as they have a yearly contract with my HOA company Morningdale. We have spoken to pacific green landscaping workers and manager. I hope we dont renew their services for next year on our townhouse complex. Ill do my part to ensure we get a new landscaping company serving us.

Pacific Green Landscape has been in constant communication with the Property Manager and ***** of ********* and has received positive feedback regarding the condition of the landscape on the last community walk. There have been no additional work orders or issues that have been brought to our attention. This complaint has been made by one homeowner, not ***** of *********, about his specific yard. It was noted that the turf in front of his unit needed some attention in the summer months. The decision was made to wait until the cooler months to reseed with the current water restrictions in place. Since the temperatures have declined, the permission was given to add the seed and increase the water for a couple weeks to germinate the new seed. We are monitoring the area and will be putting up temporary fencing to hopefully increase the success of the germination.
We have asked the Property Manager to send us any other specific items this homeowner is unhappy with as we work at the direction of the ***** of *********. Per our contract, we must follow the communication procedures with regards to specific homeowner requests and work in partnership with the community manager to address these concerns.
