      Purchased item in May of ********************************* the manufacturing process. Got in touch with company to verify when production would be complete. Was told to expect arrival of my purchased item in August of 2023. Starting in September of 2023, I reached out to the company by email and social media. Both on a monthly basis. There have been no attempts to respond, though they have been active on social media. I filed a dispute with my financial institution but was told 60 days after charge has posted, nothing can be done. Thats even before the product was to be finished being made. I sought out online forums and found that the company has failed to respond or ship products to their customers, even though they continue to post and show activity on social media. Some are saying its a complete scam.

      We have reached out to the customer to confirm they want a refund or we have given the option if they still want to receive their order we can ship right away. We are waiting on a response from the customer.

      Ordered a product from the company and have sent multiple emails and had my wife send them a message on their recommended social media platform regarding the *** for the product. Have not had any response and this has been going on for a year since the order was placed. Also requested a refund or replacement for a specific part in the order that I wont be needing anymore with no response.

      Purchased product March of 2021. Never received product ans have spent the last year Attempting to contact company through every means possible but never receive a response.

      We searched through our emails, no emails from this customer name or email provided on file. We did reach out to the customer through our open line of communication of social media where we have an on going conversation and offered a refund or his product. ***** said he wanted the product so we are shipping it out to him.

      I ordered one of their Buffer-less BCG (.223/5.56) w/ 1913 RAIL Adapters for $400 past year. Despite a timely response for information from them before I ordered, after ordering I have not heard once from them.

We are on a backorder process as we make over 70% of the parts in our system in house but we are subject to supplychain issues on the parts we do not manufacture in house. My apologies if a email went un answered, **** is more than welcome to a full refund and we will reach out to him to set that up.
