Poor business practices. Agreed to rate for a period of time and the agreement was altered without sufficient notice. Terrible customer service, does not care to hear customers issues, willing to lose business instead make right what they agreed to

At time of application software failed to pull complete driving history/record. It is our system and process to ask all prospects if they have had any tickets or accidents in last 5 years on their driving record. In this case the customer disclosed he had not any violations or accidents. Office stated, also an office process, that rates are subject to change if there are violations on their driving record. Once reviewed by underwriting the record was revealed to have 2 additional violations, therefore premium issued hired. Agency does not set rates, our parent company does and those rates are approved by the State of **********. Once approved the rates are fixed, we do not have the power to change rate or forgive any violations. Our office did engage with customer (3 employees including **************** manager) engaged the customer to explain situation and attempt to provide options. Customer experience is important **********.
