The American Entitlement Assistance demanded I sign some papers. send hardship letter and check for for part of the $1600.00 to start a workup that would require my ************************** to decrease my mortgage interest from 7% to 2%. I Complied with everything they requested and they did the workup and then requested the rest of the $1600.00 on which I did send the check for the balance, before they send the workup or Loan Modification that they said my **************** SHELL POINT MORTGAGE SERVICING COMPANY will honor but my **************** did not honor. They requested my checking, saving account, payroll information and much more and still told me I did not qualify. I reached back to American Entitlement Assistance an Agent called "Bella" three or four time who did not reach to My mortgage company for me but insisted I did it myself and talk to a mortgage company supervisor I did on a few occasions but the still denied my modification and i am still paying 7% interest. The American Entitlement Assistance has not reach back out to at showing me they tried to assist me in resolving the denied modification by my ****************. I have sent a package by mail a few months ago to the BBB in ******** **. they said they forward it to you but if no one their received a package up on request by your office I can send another.
