I canceled an order placed on 4/24/2024 because the items were no longer in stock. My debit card was charged and I did not receive the email from Uniform Advantage until the next day telling me about the items being out of stock. I opted to cancel the order because my vehicle broke down and I needed the extra money for vehicle repairs. My bank statement has the order transaction listed as pending and I don't understand why it's still pending since I canceled the order almost a week ago. I need my car fixed and can't buy the replacement part for my car until Uniform Advantage does their part.Initial Complaint

I placed an order a month ago. I need the clothes for my business as I am a healthcare worker. There has been poor communication and no sign of my order coming any time soon. Their behavior has been disgusting. It has been a foul experience. No attempts at reconciliation despite reaching out and trying to figure out what's going on. And no remorse. Folks should stay away from this business. They are clearly in over their heads and don't care about their customers. I plan on disputing with my credit card company and leaving reviews on all sites so that others can consider going to a more reputable, responsive scrub company.
