On 11/30/2022, I attempted to order a trial 30-day supply of VigorPlex Male Enhancement Gummies and VigorPlex Advanced Testosterone Support for a total of $13.79. My payment info submitted declined and I thought my order was not placed. I received a package on 12/8/2022 with two (2) bottles in it. I noticed on 12/7/2022 that my bank account was charged by KNOWLEDGEABLE, FL *************) for $122.86, and again on the same day, 12/7/2022, by KNOWLEDGEABLE, FL *************) for $116.84. I called both of these numbers only to be told that I did not follow the terms of the 7 day trial, which was not disclosed at the time of the alleged transaction, and that I would not be entitled to a full refund. First, I got the product on 12/8/2022 (8 days after) on a product I thought did not get processed, and second, my bank was charged $239.70, exactly 7 days from the day of the alleged order placement! This practice breached their own terms! I am demanding a full reimbursement of $239.70, plus other bank fees incurred because of this. I have also filed a formal complaint with the ********** ************************* against Simplicity Mens for Deceptive Trade Practices.
