            Company also goes by pillar covers on eBay. I brought pillars for my car. On their page they guarantee 6 months warranty replacement or refund if your not happy. 1 of the pillars came off on the freeway. I contacted the seller told me to send him more money. I said there's nothing on the website where it says we will have to send money for replacement. I sent more emails to the seller and got no response. Another pillar came off. Sent a message to the seller no response. I contacted eBay their time expired. I contacted PayPal and they helped me get my money back. This company is a scam on ebay. Most of those reviews are false. False advertising!

            We replied to you immediately and offered replacement pieces, we just asked you to cover shipping costs. We didn't even ask for photo proof, didn't ask you to pay for the pieces themselves, nor did we ask you to return the other pieces.

            Just asked for shipping costs but you refused and ignored our offer and only wanted a free replacement. Most warranties want you to pay for shipping for the defective item, plus shipping for the new pieces. We only asked for shipping costs TO you which is not unreasonable, especially since we were going to cover the cost for the pieces themselves. We still can ship if you're willing to pay shipping, please contact us via ebay.

            I emailed you 4 times and you never responded. Now your responding because I put your company on blast. I reported your company on eBay and I got my money back thanks to PayPal. Will not do business with your company anymore!
