june 7 2022 i purchased a cell phone reburbished iphone `13 pro from this website. they tell you its being shipped from california in 48 hours in fact two weeks later arrives from china. serial number is for iphone 11 this serial number been reported over 20 times around the globe. attached are documents with tracking number apple letter confirming its fake looks like it but software is a andriod. i made a dispute and loss and want my money back and their site down before more people get scammed.Initial Complaint

Cellmart made fraudulent charges to my bank card and they sent me a fake iPhone 13 man pro. I want my money back for this unapproved fraudulent charge. They are selling fake iPhones as real ones. That's illegal.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad on********* Marketplace to purchase a *********** ****** ** pro ***. I reached out to them via********** to ask about warranty. They responded that it has a ** day warranty. I Ordered the phone and a couple of days later asked about tracking information. They emailed me the tracking info on ***** When I *** to *** tracking to check status I then noticed that it was coming from **** ***** The merchants website states ********************** and everything is delivered within 48 hours. I tried to reach out to the company again and not received any form of communication back. I have sent several messages via *******************, email and called the phone number on their site, which is a text back number. I googled the address and it comes back as a taco chop. It has been 2 weeks and *** says they have never received the package to ship, that the merchant has only created a label. The********* profile they had is also no longer available. I have started a claim with my bank to get ******** the ****** I spent but they state they cannot guarantee that I will get *********** I would like to get my money back and have this "company" put in to check for *********
