Contract was for one day to have two bathroom showers and tubs reglazed finish of the porceline tiles. First time tech did not clean the dust and grit from sanding and left messy gritty coverage with gooey not drying finish. All tiles were not covered. Returned a 2nd time and did not cover all tiles, but improved coverage and removed much of the gritty sandy coverage. 3rd time returned to correct glops and drips and missed tiles and soap dishes not covered, by hand painting ( so not really porceline sealed). Unfortunately still missed tiles and left another big glop drip, also left residue on metal frame of showers , new shower handle, and peeled off paint from both bathrooms with tape used. Now company is demanding full payment before they return to " repair " again the unfinished work. I have refused to make any payment until work is completed as that was not required in the contract. Work has to be done on a weekend or Friday evening as I work long hours and can not go without having use of the two showers during the work week again .

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/23) */ After the refinish was done Ms. ******* refused to pay until the next day. When called for payment Ms. ******* complaint that she could feel and see the grout between the tiles, we explained that the refinished does not affect or change the sandy or grainy surface of the grout, she was not satisfied and would not pay. We made a second appointment to come back and redo all units. The client then added an additional bathtub to be reglazed which was not part of the original contract. On the second appointment Ms. ******* again refused to paid until the next day, she then proceeded to say that there was a couple of tiles that had a drip (which can happen and can easily be fixed) the head technician came to her home and took care of it. When contacted for payment that same day since now the tiles were corrected, she claimed the technician had not taken care of the tiles properly because he did not use a spray gun but used a spray bottle (which contained the same chemicals/epoxy as used originally) When asked for pictures of the tiles because of her discontent she said her phone did not take pictures and that she had to leave out of town for an emergency. We asked to please contact us when she came back which she did, to tell us she would not pay and she would find us in every social media and slander our reputation and name, would report us to BBB and would make sure everyone would hear how bad our company is (please find us on google and read what our customers say under reviews all 5 stars) After listening to her we were able to finally book someone to come take a look at the job and we sent and outside person from our company who is an expert and professional at refinishing bathtubs. We asked ******** ********* the owner of Genesis Reglazing Services here in the Antelope Valley to go inspect our technicians job. He met with the owner and reported that 95% of the job was satisfactory to him with very minimal imperfections (not enough to not pay a bill) After the inspection he recommended we close her invoice without pay, he believed this client would not pay even if 100% was perfect. After conversing with her he perceive her intentions were not to pay from the beginning of the project. We texted her to inform her the invoice had been closed and she had no debt with us, also made her aware that the supervisor who had met with her believed that the job was 95% perfect with a very small margin of imperfections. The amount forgiven was $**** She did not respond, the last text was sent to her on December 3rd, 2021 Business Response /* (-10, 6, 2022/03/23) */ Business supplied email: *******************@gmail.com Use this address for any contact with the Better Business Bureau
