I had order a kit on there website they said it will be a month delay. Iv trued to contact them by email, and on there website no response, and it's been way over a month. I spent $540 of my money for this?? Really?!? At least contact me back like geese.Review from RM

I ordered a kit from them. They said that it ships within 3 weeks. A month rolls around and I email them. They tell me it's going out that wednesday. Nothing. I email 8 days later. Nothing. I call. I get an email back and I am told it's being shipped that Friday. A label was created. They shipped nothing. So here we are with them holding my money and I have nothing.Review from Bob F

I ordered from (in-stock) them In August, Three weeks later I contacted them for shipping info...I week later I got a response apologizing for the delay. Two weeks after that I contacted then again. Christina again apologized and said the parts were "in coating" and would ship that Friday. Two more weeks went by....nothing. Contacted them yet again. "Sorry for the delay...we appreciate your patience". Another week....contacted them for shipping info....NO RESPONSE. Contacted my CC company...Mysteriously, a shipping label was created. That was 8 days ago. Items still not shipped.
This is a scam company that doesn't care about customer service. I cannot fathom what their business model is (if they have one).
Advice- Do NOT purchase anything from them.Review from Craig P

To everyone that's ordered and have not received your merchandise, you probably won't. I have outstanding orders from back in 2020 and have maybe received 1 response in the 20+ messages that I've sent and much like many of yours, it was vague with open ended expectations. Credit Card companies will give you about 100 days to file. For those of you within this window, you should file a dispute as soon as possible. For the rest of us, at least their toll free number is not disconnected nor is their website down so we stand a small chance of eventually receiving our orders. I'm as frustrated as you all are and this company cannot stay in business if they treat their customers like they have. Judging but their BBB rating, they're close to closing... For those THINKING of ordering from them, do not, I repeat, do not order anything from them until you start seeing positive reviews and/or comments on their Facebook Community page.Review from Ed L

Ordered one month ago. Item never shipped. Called and emailed. One response from Christina told me item would ship 'today'. That was two weeks ago. Had to dispute charge with my CC company. As far as Im concerned this is a scam business. My next step is reporting to California AG Office of Consumer Affairs.
