      I have been contacting immediately as good wete received foe a refund as it was a poor inaccurate product. They give a 30 return policy but keeps making excuses and will get back to me. I looked further at 1 start reviews a they have done this to many people before

      I put in an order back in March 3 of 2024. I realized my shipping address was incorrect. I tried to notify the merchant right away. They indicated I needed to wait. I tried to wait. The order was delivered. The post office contacted me said that the order had already been shipped back to you, then proceed again speaking with ***** in management to give her my current address or issue me a refund

      I have attempted several times to give them an updated address, however they still sent to the wrong address! The company is in ***** and I just want a refund!

      Company was late shipping and then sent it to the wrong address and I was told it must have gotten stolen. Then instead of correcting the error they gave me a 15% off coupon to purchase another shirt. I just want my money back and I will never order from them again, theyre so unprofessional

      I ordered a custom sign which was supposed to be one of the ********** (the last) part of a ********* gift for my mom. The gift is totally useless without this sign I ordered from ************ Their ******* said order by ******** 4 in order to receive by ********** I ordered on December 3 AND paid for ********* ********* I have contacted the company three times now and they keep sending me the same tracking link over and over which shows a ******** label was ******* ** **** ago but never dropped off at ***** I keep telling them that they are ********* me a link that shows they never shipped my item and they keep copying and ******** to me with the same robotic message which says here's the ******** and when you click the link it shows they never shipped the item.

      I ordered an item in the amount of $62.90 from this company on 9/11/21. The shipping method was ****** ********** with a promised shipping arrival time of 5-9 days. On 9/18/21, I reached out to this company to find out the status of my order. The response I received was "it will be shipped to you soon". On 9/24/21 I reached out again and cancelled my order as it had not been received within the time frame I paid for. I received a response from them stating that the order had been shipped. I responded on 9/25/21 that I would refuse the order and I contacted ***** not to deliver. I also notified my credit card company that I had cancelled this order, the details and that I should not be charged the $62.90 from this company. My credit card company reversed the charges. *********** then ********** me the amount even though I have provided them proof of the return. The order was left at my door on 9/17/21 and I returned it back to them unopened on 9/29/21. The ***** official website clearly indicates this. Please reference tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. This company is unethical and I am fighting them for my refund. I have also escalated this with my credit card company as Cadadesings' practices are not consumer friendly or fair. They are ******** me and ******** me for something I never received, something I cancelled, something that was returned. Please help me to recoup my ****** from this company and stop them from using my credit card information.
