On December 11 I was impacted by a car accident. I was a passenger ** the vehicle that was impacted . I was transported to the Antelope Valley Hospital. I had a laceration in my palm right hand. I also had a fracture on my arm. The ER staff didn't clean or disinfect the wound they just place a splinter took X-rays and sent me home. My arm was full of blood and my open wound was stuck on to the splinter that they had place. I was wearing a ring on the finger that was injured and they never attempted to take it off it was not allowing my circulation. My mother has all the pictures taken of how they release me without even cleaning the wound. My mother had to clean the wound and take me to ****** to get seen.Business response

I took my wife, ***** *******, to the ER at AV Hospital earlier this year (January 2021 I think). They ran some tests and then decided to transfer her over to the Women and Infants Pavilion which was just a few hundred yards away. When she realized they were going to take her in an ambulance she requested that I drive her in our personal car since I was right there just waiting for her. They refused and made her take the ambulance. We didn't receive the bill for this visit until later this year. I was confused because we had a good healthcare plan (Kaiser) and I expected them to handle billing and if we owed anything out of pocket then Kaiser would bill us. I tried calling AV Hospital to sort it out but gave up after long hold times. Now we received a "Pre-Collection Final Notice" from "Doctor Payments". I want to see an itemized bill from my healthcare provider showing how much they paid and what we need to pay out of pocket so I can dispute the specifics.
